sooo many hot people do climbing!! i’m gonna get good at this stupid and terrifying sport and get over my own fear and get stronger and more comfortable in my body and meet sooo many hotties every week

went climbing for the second time today. just as scary as the first time unfortunately. i’m a little frustrated to see how easy other people do it and i’m a scaredy cat with noodles for limbs. but i did make it up more routes than last week, and that feeling is downright euphoric. one specific route i kept trying to make it up to the top and almost got it near the end. she’s now my white whale. i’ll get it next week

actually getting enough protein is an expensive as fuck hellscape. i am Not eating beans with every meal. get them away from me

and when you complain about this to people theyre like isnt there lots of protein in tofu? sure but my point is im not having tofu with breakfast!!!!!!

i got high protein soy yoghurts and shakes and bars and even a powder. theyre so fucking expensive. anything i like is expensive. snacking on nuts like a bird is cheaper but i’m not great with portion control on them and my tummy gets upset. i’m eating peanut butter whenever i can but there’s not That Much protein in it

also to be clear i’m not a protein deficient vegan because protein deficiency itself is actually kind of hard as well. like i do eat tofu just not for breakfast. thing is i’m trying to build muscle and trying to spread protein intake through the day instead of a dinner only thing
