You could change them to classes that get good skills. Are any of their stat numbers blue? (I think that's what color it is, but I have a horrible memory) If they aren't, use a second seal on them and either change to a class you want them in, or just have them "change" to the same class they are now. That itself won't change their stats, but they can level up 20 more times.

Wait, but you said everyone is top level? Did you just go through base class and then advanced class? You can get their stats to max using second seals and just putting them in the same class they are in now. My people have max stats and barely anything can hurt them.
[{My sister helped me and leveled everyone up then switched classes or put them in advanced classes (I’m not sure I gave her the game quite a bit when I couldn’t win a battle--) and now they’re like almost all top level (except for a few that I honestly don’t use in battle because their skills aren’t good)

If you're doing the thing where you can recruit her, you can just send a couple people with galeforce, paired up, over the mountain, they should be able to reach the boss and take him out, which is all you need to do.
