Kyiv Service Design

Last weekend, for those who are interested in service-design, design thinking and usability gathered together in Kiev (and in 150 cities around the world) for common participating in Global Service Jam. Together with 35 event members, which lasted 48 hours, I went the way from idea to prototype of a new service.
