I’m getting really bad at posting every day, but I’m still going.. red.  Actually I felt like having berries only, but I had a kiwi so I went cherry-kiwi again (this time - dairy free)
- 1 orange - 1 kiwi - 1 1/2 handful of cherries - 1 banana - 1 teaspoon flaxseed
Oh, yes. I haven’t told you I am a flaxseed monster, I put them to everything (and I had lost them in my kitchen before, but I have them now). This smoothie was pretty awesome because it blended smoothly (I had prepared water but I did not need it), had perfect consistency and I could totally feel all of the fruits - starting with banana and having a light cherry aftertaste. Awesome.
