I know a lot of people follow me for scream street content so I guess I need to address why I like talking about the series more than the books

1- I was first introduced to the saga by the TV series when I was a kid so it's more personal

2- I don't have access to the books at all times, I borrowed them from internet archive.

3- Character design

4-Luella is my favorite Character out of the series and she's non existent in the books, same with Six.

5- The books has many characters and the series has a more reduced cast, so it's easier to summarize.

6- I like the werewolf origins ambiguos.

7- Brain drain's music

That doesn't mean I won't talk about the books, I recognize they are fundamental to the saga but as the creator, I have my preferences.

As trans person I don’t like the implication of Jax begin trans, and yet, Goose is also a trans person who expresses her own experience begin trans herself and that is valid.

You Can say its a bad written character but I Don’t think her approach was incorrect because It a different experience for everyone , including the bad things.

A lot of the people in the LGBTQ+ experience hate, towrards themselves and others because they can’t accept they are trans , I used to really hate begin called any femenine pronoun because I had HUGE gender dismorphia and was going througth ED issues , then I started accepting myself and discovered I didnt hate begin perceived as femenine , I hate the perception that others had on me because I was born a woman , which is deeply rotten in misoginy.

I believe its a very common experience for women to start hating themselves and other women because of the patriarchy and its very important to acknowledge those behaviors oftenly come from feelings of hate, embarassment and denial.

We are humans , we get mad, we do bad things, we can be rude and evil , and thats human. A lot of you still have this concept of “making up for something “ when its not true, we don’t owe you nothing because you allow us to exist .

We exist, we will keep living and doing our own without permission from anyone, i have the rigth to exist how I like. You are not doing anyone a favor by simply letting us exist because you shouldnt have been against in the first place.

In a ideal wordl we all could be nice to each other and be kind, but we are very real and very flawed.

🚨Spoilers ep9🚨

I will give it a 7/10. Its not a bad episode but It leads to a very mid ending.

The Somas theory was my personal favorite and Im glad to see it came out true. It was also nice to see the irl versions of the characters , having a glimpse of the mind of what happens once one abstracts. I knew they wouldnt escape the circus and accepting that reality is very important. Seeing ep 8 in the big screen was awesome, the sound was good and the whole experience was great, the emotional moments hit close and it made me shed a tear.

Kaufmo and Ribbit were really well planned and you can see how much they really matter once you put the pieces together, they had enough time to be enjoyable and to clear up a lot of doubts. There was Chessdoll moments and im all for it!

For the bad, I don’t like the “Happy ending “. Having Caine back was not necesarry and I personally believe it completely trashed away the whole dread of him begin missing, neither the characters or the public spent enough time without him. The introduction of the human personas was forced and it feelt out of place. The Zooble funeral scene could have stayed in the drafts, Gangle and Zooble deserved more time.

Was It worth the wait? As a fan of Ragatha, yes, she developed so much and im glad she got proper closure. As a fan in general, I will say the ending could have been more ambiguous but still hopeful, not pesismistic, hopeful, having everthing solved was disatisfying.

Also my theater sold out everthing but thats not their fault, good for Glitch and I hope they keep selling out!

Ever since TADC had that one N Word controversy people switched and act like they care about POC when the only reason it became so big its because Goose is a trans woman.

A lot of you already hated her because she’s trans gender but couldnt say it because you would be rigthfully called a transphobe.

All of these people would have never made this a big deal if she wasnt trans, would care if it was a cis trans woman. Its not about the Word and those people know it, they just took the excuse and hanged to it.

I Am a mexican so its not my place to say how it should be taken, that goes to the black community. As a trans person myself, I still see the hipocrisy people have with POC because they don’t defend the black community like this , not even in worse scenarios.

I can tell so many white men who were accused of begin pdfs with proof and nobody cared, yet when Coryxgenshing was accused with fake proof , the “Fake accusations ruin mens lives” crowd rushed to insult him, yes, it was racially motivated. Its just discrimination rebranded.

Sometimes I read age gap fanfic because It reminds me of me when I was deeply in love with my teacher who was 55 years old ( I was 17) and he gently rejected me but I still think about him , but I like it when its one sided and the younger person is in love and the older one almost reluctantly gives them some crumbs of love.

But I would never read Something backward because in my head thats just predatory and the older one is very weird for that. So I feel like an hipocrite.

I definitely get the dad and daugther thing, and aware Kinger had a wife. Yet, I can definitely see them choosing to be together in each others lives, no confession, just the quiet realization and then spending time together like they always have done, but knowing exactly what they are.

Discord this, Discord that, I don’t feel it. I feel his redemption but I don’t buy his relationship with Fluttershy. I wished to see more of them together because she could have a partner who cares as much as her about small details like nature and gentleness.

They argue like a married couple, yes, the image of a human and an animal together is unpleasant , yet not the weirdest thing to come from the sonic saga. Starline would be very devoted and even if Eggman isnt enterily honest he keeps him close by comitting.

Rushed? Yes. Forced? Yeah, in a way. What I think its that people take her too serious, Im aware Toralei is bad but shes also “Kid friendly bad” , I would call her mischevious due to the lack of a better word. Second, the idea of lesbian Clawdeen *cheff kiss*. I definitely want to see more of them in the future and see if it develops properly.
