Growing up This is a pretty spot by the creek on Chico state campus. There are tons of green and brown trees and shrubs. There is a serene natural silence when sitting by the water, all the chatter created by students passing by is blocked by the nature, everything seems to disintegrate on this hidden beach.

I love to sit and relax by the Creek as well. It's a great way to kill time between classes or just relax. I grew up in SoCal so there really isn't much greenery down there compared to up here. I love how it's literally everywhere up here, it's so beautiful. Nature is a piece of God's work and should be much more appreciated.

Behind my room

This is a space right behind my room in Konkow hall. The scenery is beautiful, but I will say that the only problem I have with it, as i stood there taking the picture, was that there was a lot of bugs.The interesting part was that right as i was walking up to this space, I saw a blue bird. Also there are a lot of squirrels that roam around freely.  So much of nature I did not see back home.

I'm reblogging this post because I'm actually pretty familiar with this area. Right on the other side of that wall is the soccer stadium. I used to play with the Chico State Soccer team, however, I quit at the end of last year. We always used to get the balls that were kicked over the fence so this is why I'm so familiar with this space.

Observation Post 1: One-Five Oasis

For my spatial observation, I selected my backyard. This view captures the beauty in nature that I have easy access to at home. It is a relaxing, non-distracting, calming environment that will help me develop ideas and give me the space I need in order to be able to concentrate on the future tasks I will be given in this class.

Your backyard is literally beautiful. I would say it resembles a sanctuary where you could go in times of stress or anger or anything really. I would love to wake up to this and enjoy a nice breakfast and some coffee. The vine/canopy adds an excellent touch as well! Pure beauty.

This is my new house that I'm stoked to live in this year. It has 7 bedrooms and includes this great side yard and I already am enjoying and can't wait for all the shenanigans that will follow!
