I'm going to be honest, I see no compelling reason not to end the whole show. Everyone is hurt by it continuing, just because some have roles they struggle less in doesn't mean they should have to act.

Keep the props department open obviously, but let anyone take what they want from it as they wish, not as helps them fit a role
