This is also on my Instagram but I want this to be here too because it's very important. I had a friend who left that there wasn't anyone that cared for and felt that he had to struggle on his own. Eventually he felt that the pain could only be stop by one day way. But I wish he would've opened up about how he was feeling so then we could've helped.

If you know someone who struggled with depression or other mental disorder, reach out to them. Check on them and let them know that you are there when times are bad or if they need to just vent. And if YOU are the person whose struggling, talk to your friends and family. You'll want to help you. But if you don't want to talk to them call the hotline. This hotline is set up for people who desperately need help. Please call it. By doing this you save yourself and the other people around you who love and care for you

So i don't if I have introduced Lucas here but if I haven't he's a character that represents my friend who passed 5 years ago. This month is really important to me because this is usually when (in my experience) people feel their loneliest. And I would like to just spread a little happiness or some awareness to call on someone who you feel alone or like no one cares
