Lets talk about who Lila could really be.
Now that we know those three other women we saw might have never been Lila's real mothers, there is a far more concerning matter to consider now, and that's her connection to Tomoe. In "Yaksi Gozen", Lila appeared and immediately called Tomoe "mother", then kissed her on the cheek as a child would with their parent. We don't know if Tomoe is just another woman Lila's pretending to be her mother, but despite the mystery, looking back on past seasons, Lila always had a deeper connection to Tomoe.
( Lila lied to a deaf woman about being her long lost daughter in "Revelation", and if Lila lied to that lady then this means the other two woman we saw were just as fooled by Lila into believing she was their child.)
(Lila calls Tomoe "mother")
We first saw Lila and Tomoe together on screen in "Multiplication" when Lila was taken to the Tsurugi company to be scanned as an avatar for the alliance rings, but when the rings went public and Adrien and Lila were welcomed on stage by Gabriel to join him, Lila did not stand by Gabriel's side. Instead, she stood alongside Tomoe, as if hinting to us who it was she was always siding with.
Sure enough, at the start of "Yaksi Gozen", its revealed that Tomoe and Lila were in cahoots with each other behind Gabriel's back from the very beginning and that in the season 5 finale, Lila knew when to head over to the Agreste mansion to take the butterfly miraculous because Tomoe called her at the exact moment Gabriel decided to betray the plan and instead fight Ladybug.
However, even though Lila and Tomoe were working together throughout Gabriel's time as Monarch, they might have known about each other for far longer.
Lila's connection to the Tsurugi's only grew even further in "Vampigami". After Lila's failed plan to reveal to Tomoe that Marinette was Ladybug, we see Lila enter a very lavish red car that turns out to be Tatsu, the software programmed into the Tsurugi family vehicles that can only recognize the voice commands of the Tsurugi family members. Tatsu abided by Lila's order to take her "Home", but if "Home" is wherever she can live without a disguise then the only people who know of where Lila is living her real life are Tatsu and Tomoe. It would have been a scandal if anyone saw someone other than Tomoe and Kagami being driven by Tatsu, and even more concerning to Kagami if she ever found out Lila could command Tatsu, but Lila seems to take very good caution to be sure she boards Tatsu when no one is around, and Kagami is so far completely oblivious to Tomoe and Lila's connection.
Even though Lila lies a lot about doing extraordinary things all around the world, her words to Adrien in 'Oni-Chan" about having lived in Japan for a few years might have held some truth. Lila might have made her first appearance in "Volpina" but who knows how long shes actually lived in Paris, let alone how long she's been living as her alternate persona "Lila", an identity she quickly tossed in the trash the moment it was no longer useful to her in "Confrontation".
The only characters in the show who moved abruptly from japan to Paris were Tomoe and Kagami, so what are the odds Lila moved to Paris along with them because unbeknownst to everyone and the audience, except Tomoe, Lila was not the long lost child of a deaf woman, or the child of a woman from an embassy or a fashion magazine employee from Audrey's company, but a long forgotten child of the Tsurugi family the entire time.
Lila being a Tsurugi sounds crazy, especially considering that if Tomoe is actually Lila's mother, then it would mean Kagami and Lila are sisters. Sure, Lila might have only attempted to befriend Kagami in her plans to use her, but there was one instance in "Perfection" when Lila said something to Kagami that she never said to anyone. When Kagami called Lila to accept her offer of friendship at the end of "Perfection", Lila specified that she viewed Kagami as a "sister".
While we took her words as just another lie to manipulate Kagami, Lila herself might not have been kidding around, they likely really did have a family connection that only Lila was aware of. When Lila did call Tomoe "mother" in "Yaksi Gozen", Tomoe did not deny Lila's words, let alone question it, because odds are, it was true. Lila potentially being Tomoe's daughter would bring a whole other meaning to Tomoe's determination to have a perfect child who could uphold the family name.
Tomoe has a lot of determination to ensure the family name is upheld to perfection, so much in fact that she was willing to use the peacock miraculous to create a child from the emotion of perfection to insure she had an heiress she could literally control to reach those expectations, that child being Kagami. Tomoe birthed Kagami like any child, but with Lila now in the mix of things, Kagami might not have been the only child she gave birth to.
Of course Tomoe made it very clear she only used the peacock to bring Kagami to life and after losing her eyes in the process, she vowed never to use that miraculous again. So for Tomoe to have had another child aside from Kagami would mean she would have had a lover at some point in the past, maybe even a forbidden romance with someone who was not part of her strict prestigious world? Gabriel and Emelie, Adrien and Marinette, Kagami and Felix have their forbidden romances, so it could be Tomoe had her own at some point in the past.
Unlike Tomoe's father who was a world champion in fencing, her mother lived a far more humble life running a simple dorayaki shop among the public, and if Kagami had more freedom during her time there to befriend Kazuno, interacting with him and then feel her feelings for him grow into love, then whose to say Tomoe didn't also meet someone in her youth during times she was with her mother at the shop. However, in "Yaksi Gozen" Tomoe said that she had been disappointed by men her entire life, and in "Ikari Gozen" Tomoe explained that she believed friendships would only prove disappointing, but such a way of thinking must have been because Tomoe herself experienced a failed friendship turned to romance that left her feeling betrayed, convincing her that no friendships were worth trusting and no love was worth believing in if two people were not the epidemy of perfection and above all, easy to control.
Seeing as Gabriel and Emil saw it easier to use money and threats as their solution to a problem, especially towards putting an end to the suitors they deemed unfit to marry their children, Tomoe might have had her own experience in the past with her own father and whoever it was she loved. However, unlike Emelie and Gabriel, Marinette and Adrien, and Kagami and Felix who chose to always love their partners and not give into money and status, Tomoe might not have been so lucky.
(When Johnny said he and Gabrielle didn't want Emil's money 16 year ago, that money must have had something to do with Gabriel being in a relationship with Emelie. Emil offered money to end the relationship between their children.)
(In "Pretension" Gabriel offered Marinette everything she could ever wish for, including a successful career as a fashion designer, in exchange for her breaking up with Adrien. But if she refused, he'd be willing to leave her living a life with nothing.)
Had Tomoe faced a failed relationship she once truly believed in, then that situation alone could have left a potential child born out of wedlock to be cast into the shadows and forgotten, rather than be brought into the spotlight for risk of it bringing shame to the family name, that child being Lila. When Lila pointed out how painful it must have been for Tomoe to feel her "favorite daughter" escape from her grasps, it was odd considering Kagami was supposed to be an only child, so who else would be there for Kagami to be compared to so she could be labeled the favorite, unless it was Lila. If Kagami really was the favorite child in the family, then her relationship to Lila is that much more crazy now because while Kagami stayed in the spotlight, Lila was forced to be forgotten, remaining in the shadows where she could only pass the time pretending to be someone else's daughters as she watched the sister who didn't know she existed be given everything she felt should have been rightfully hers, from being heiress to the Tsurugi family, recognized as daughter to Tomoe, to dating the boy(Adrien) she sought after, to being presented as a treasure at the diamonds dance where everyone deemed themselves too valuable to be lumped together with the rest of the crowd who didn't shine like they did. But again, lets just wait and see what the show has to say.
