Joanne Cheung is an artist and designer currently based in Cambridge, MA. Growing up as a third culture kid and trained as a photographer and architect, she thinks and works across multiple dimensions—spatially, linguistically, and culturally. Jonathan Lee Marcus is extremely lucky. He says yes to anything new and habitually questions everything, insatiable for insights. In between epic food comas and napping through parties, he finds himself rock climbing, making stickers, and cobbling together a mobile privacy and security startup, making the tools of privacy more accessible and ubiquitous. Jonathan has gone to med school, taught graduate time-based media arts programming courses, sold lots of fancy cheese, and worked as a sailor on a 200 year-old tall ship that fought in the war of 1812. He'd like to teach emotional literacy, caring mindfulness, and compassion to all the world's children. Last year Jonathan found out that getting struck by lightning hurts, A LOT.

Marcelo Coelho's work explores how physical and computational materials can be used to create new human experiences. Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Marcelo holds a BFA in Computation Arts, with highest honors, from Concordia University in Montreal, and a PhD from the Fluid Interfaces Group at the MIT Media Lab.

Jeff Lieberman (Plebian Design) explores the connections between the arts, sciences, education, creativity, and consciousness. He hosted 'Time Warp' on the Discovery Channel, reminding us how little our senses detect and understand about reality. He composes music in the duo Knolls. He shows sculptures internationally, exploring our unseen interconnectedness and interdependence. Having finished four degrees at MIT (Physics, Math, Mech. Eng., Media Arts + Sciences), he is exploring how the evolution of consciousness can cease human suffering.
