Netflix doing a little house on the prairie remake is going to be so fascinating like how are they going to try to make that storyline woke. Just how…. ( i have an idea of how and i think it will involve laura ingalls befriending an indigenous girl her age or something in the style of anne with an e but it really won’t be able to reckon with the author of the book referring to “savages” all the time)

anxieties confirmed when the person i was text flirting with almost daily for 2 months stopped replying and i thought they ghosted me but then my anxiety said maybe something horrible just happened to them like a bike accident and they’re in the hospital AND they were literally in the hospital very sick…. Only time when this anxiety has ever come true

desperate to watch the new netflix little house on the prairie because i think its unhinged that people at netflix decided it was a good idea to remake a show about white pioneers colonizing the prairies but make it palatable for the 2026 audience (but i got kicked out of my family's netflix account because i moved to a different province >:( )

also some ladies from my weavers guild when i lived in winnipeg said the set decorators bought some handwoven tea towels and rugs from them to use on the sets <3 they filmed in manitoba
