Why does it take so much effort just to finish a drawing?

Inspiration only gets me through the beginning. After that, it's all about patiently refining every little detail until it's done.

I do enjoy the process (minus the sore neck and the fried brain 😅)

But I often wonder... how strong does your desire have to be to finish a really big project? To stay consistent and not give up halfway through?

People with that kind of discipline genuinely amaze me
