Hugo is transfem but he makes very little effort in passing or even using a different name or pronouns. If he did i think hed use hilda as a name i feel like thatd suit him and she / it pronouns as opposed to his current he / it plus a few neopronouns he never tells anyone about. I dont think hed ever go on estrogen or get surgery, i just dont think he cares enough.

Varian is bigender as ive established and i got this idea from one of my very unspecified moots ( @angelscroll if i didnt mix something up ) shes either a woman or a guy that looks like a woman and i like that idea. She uses she / he but has a preferrence for she because she feels somebody adressing her with 'he' would feel forced, even if it werent

Im not saying evrybody who rejects jax as transfem is transphobic ( f.e. transmascs who relate to jax as transmasc better than transfem or cis ppl who relate to jax as a man w/ internalized misogyny n toxic masculinity ) but ppl who reject her solely cuz shes a bad person or 'bad rep' ( which usually js means they have to have her spell out her identity to the audience for it to be 'good rep' ) are weird.
