🍀 Ways I raised my vibrations.

I raised my vibrations and cleansed my space through following these;
🌾 • Clean and declutter space.
– Use this time to get rid of old belongings that no longer suit you. Like clothes and shoes that don’t fit, socks that don’t have their matching pair, old papers, old makeup and broken things. Clear out your everyday bags too. Get any trash, papers or unnecessary things out. Decluttering releases stagnant energy and allows new energy to flow through. It also helps remove any damaging emotional ties to things that carry negative energy. Same goes for electronics. Clear out old photos, delete apps you don’t use, clear your history and get rid of tabs you don’t use, change up your wall paper, block people who only spread negativity and clear your emails.
– Journal about your day, your emotions, what frustrate you, scare you or make you sad. Getting your thoughts out helps you release that tension and while doing so, write some affirmations to yourself (I.E “I let go of what no longer serves me”.) it’s also good to journal to get off your phone and away from the mental overstimulation of life.
– Not the same but similar to decluttering, this should follow up after you clean your space. Open your door and/or window and burn some incense. If you don’t have incense, burn a cinnamon stick, use sound bowls or wave around selenite while repeating affirmations such as, “I cleanse my space of all negative energy. I allow only light, love and abundance to flow freely through me and my home”. Make sure to keep a door or window open to allow the negative energy to flow out and be replaced by the positive energy. You can also cleanse yourself by waving whatever you may use, over yourself.
– Take a shower or bath and allow the negativity to run off of you with the water. Water cleanses and it cleans so allow it to take care of you. Wash your face, brush your hair, change into clean clothes, moisturize, brush your teeth, spray on some nice perfume, paint your nails, do whatever. Self care is one of the most powerful ways to raise your vibration. Consuming more positive and cheerful media is also a form of self care too.
– A lot of people tend to roll their eyes at this because it’s genuinely overused in most cases. But this, it works. Drinking adequate enough water helps you feel more better, so your mind and body aren’t focused on dehydration and the many bad feelings it brings.
– Sit or lay somewhere, either in silence or with some gentle music and meditate. Take deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. Personally, I love to meditate in the sunlight. It’s bright and warm and it feels especially cleansing. Imagine a bright light coming over you and pulling every negative emotion out and cleaning it. Affirm and or pray during this time too.
🌻 • Eating healthier foods.
– Kind of self explanatory. The nutrients and vitamins will just make you feel good. Junk food weighs you down and makes you feel kind of sluggish. Some people don’t know but a lot of your vibrational shifts come from internal factors too.
🍄 • Let go of what hurts you.
– Block that rude friend, block that account that only posts stuff that frustrates or upsets you, delete that app that holds you back. Don’t settle for hurt, don’t settle for second best, don’t settle for anything less than what you are.
Raising vibrations help with a few things. It can help with manifestation, it can help with shifting, and it can help you start on a more better track. ❤️
