i think i’ve realized that my weight gets mainly distributed to my thighs/ass, so that’s why i can keep fitting things higher & higher up my waist w/out having to go up a size 🤔

This is why I promote carbs to my target. And the beauty is that it works with ANY carbs. Want to have that “healthy” cereal with 43 grams of carbohydrates? Sure, sweetheart; go get fat for me. 

Better yet; carbs cause blood sugar to go up fast, then go down fast. Noticing that, the body sends signals that more food is needed. Carbs demand more carbs.
