Disclaimer - I have only been able to watch the first episode of 4 minutes.

From just episode one of 4 minutes, it's making me think none of it is real. Trying not to spoil the first episode for anyone who might not have seen it yet, but what the woman in the last scene said made me think of the first scene of the episode with the one man crashing. So what if the man in the first scene going into cardiac arrest was Great and now everything seems real except being able to see 4 minutes into the future.
