Sea Walls: Murals for Oceans - San Diego.
Between the dates of September 8th and 16th, 2016 Sea Walls: Murals for Oceans collaborated with PangeaSeed, KAABOO, Surfrider Foundation and Cohort Collective to bring a series of Ocean Preservation themed murals to the city of San Diego, California.
The project saw beautiful murals completed by artists (above, in order): Lauren YS, DYoungV, Cinzah x N30, Jason Botkin, Dolan Stearns, EXIST1981, Eelco, N30 and Jet Martinez.
“This project is a labor of love for our team, artists and community partners,” says Christopher Konecki, regional director, Sea Walls: Murals for Oceans. “Art can transcend cultural and linguistic boundaries; as ‘artivists’ we believe that using our talents to raise social and environmental awareness can inspire positive change and action.”
