Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed. 1 egg, lightly beaten. 2 cups all-purpose flour. Salt, to taste. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
Instructions: Beat the egg and add it to the mashed potatoes, salt, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add the flour slowly and knead the dough until it is smooth. Break the dough up into small pieces, and then roll each piece into a rope that is about 1/2 inch thick. To make ridges, cut the ropes into 1-inch pieces and press them lightly with a fork. As the water boils, add salt to a large pot. Drop the gnocchi into the boiling water one at a time to cook them. With a slotted spoon, take them out of the water when they float to the top and put them on a serving dish. Add your favorite sauce or topping and serve hot.

In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. For the Vanilla Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Zest of 1 orange. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish. Cooked rice for serving.
Instructions: Combine orange juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, cornstarch, minced garlic, grated ginger, and orange zest in a bowl. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable and sesame oils over medium-high heat. Cook the cubed tofu in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it turns golden brown on all sides. Cover the tofu in the skillet with the orange sauce. Simmer the sauce for two to three minutes, stirring constantly, or until it thickens. Ingredients: 200g Mehl. 100g kalte Butter. 50g Zucker. 1 Ei. 4 Orangen. 150g Zucker. 100ml Sahne. 50g Butter. 1 Prise Salz.
Instructions: Fr den Teig: Mehl, kalte Butter in kleine Stcke schneiden, Zucker und eine Prise Salz vermengen. Ei hinzufgen und zu einem Teig verkneten. In Folie wickeln und fr 30 Minuten kalt stellen. Teig ausrollen und eine Tarteform damit auskleiden. Den Rand fest andrcken. Fr die Fllung: Orangen schlen, in Scheiben schneiden und die Kerne entfernen. Zucker in einer Pfanne schmelzen lassen, bis er goldbraun karamellisiert. Butter und Sahne hinzufgen, dabei vorsichtig umrhren, bis eine glatte Karamellsauce entsteht. Die Orangenscheiben in die Karamellsauce legen und kurz kcheln lassen. Orangen-Karamell-Mischung auf den Teigboden geben. Die Tarte im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180C etwa 25-30 Minuten backen, bis der Teig goldbraun ist. Aus dem Ofen nehmen und abkhlen lassen, bevor sie serviert wird.

Add pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on the loaded side. Top with the remaining 2 slices of Italian bread to create sandwiches. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing. This potato salad with herbs is a cool take on a classic favorite that doesn't have mayo. With lots of fresh herbs and a tangy dressing, it's a great side dish for any event.
Ingredients: 2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped. 1/4 cup green onions, sliced. 1/4 cup celery, diced. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced.
Instructions: Cover the potatoes with cold water and put them in a large pot. Bring to a boil with a pinch of salt. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes of cooking until the potatoes are soft but not mushy. Set the dressing aside while the potatoes are cooking. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. After the potatoes are done, drain them and put them in a big bowl. Fork-twist the warm potatoes to coat them with the dressing. Cut up the dill, green onions, celery, red bell pepper, and parsley and put them in the bowl with the potatoes. Add everything to the bowl and mix it well. Allow the potato salad to sit for 15 to 20 minutes so that the flavors can mix. You can serve the potato salad with herbs at room temperature or cold. Enjoy your tasty potato salad that doesn't have mayo in it!

Ingredients: 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced lengthwise. 4 Cuban sandwich rolls or French bread. 4 tablespoons yellow mustard. 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. 4 tablespoons butter, softened.
Instructions: Warm up a skillet or a panini press over medium heat. Cut the rolls or bread in half across the middle. On one half of each roll, put mustard. On the other half, put mayonnaise. Spread the Swiss cheese, pickles, and roast beef out evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls. Add the other halves of the rolls on top. Put butter on the outside of each sandwich. It should take about 4 to 5 minutes for the bread to turn golden brown and the cheese to melt after putting the sandwiches in the panini press or other pan. Enjoy while hot!
