Confident and powerful leader
the Canary was lucky to be one of the few characters who was introduced in Arrow when the show and the writing was great. She wasn’t a main character but she had an amazing complex story and journey even for 1 season, of course it wasn’t everything perfect but it still made you think and want more of her.
But does White Canary deserves to have the confidence and the leadership - since she joined the Legends she died and was resurrected, locked up in a basement
Then she was lonely fighting her bloodlust away from her family and friends because she believed she is dangerous but even then she had a faith that she can change the future and her faith
Even she was so far away from home and her time she never forgot where she came from and her family and city, always ready to fight for them
Sara never forgot to have time to help and save women and protect them, both from dangers outside and inside, and she was a mentor and a teacher of Kendra and helped her develop her powers.
Even though she is still lonely and afraid of feelings she still takes time to make a life of a women better even if she is a stranger
And she never forgets her sister and the desire to save her and find a way to be back again with her, but she is also thorn apart with her feelings of duty and being the selfless person she is she can’t risk the life of so many other people just for her own happiness, although the desire for revenge brought her to a dark path she managed to come out of it
And she never stopped being a hero and spent her time to protect and save the world even in her darkest moments but not because she wants the title but because this is all she is and all she knows, she is fearless now considering how many times she faced death and actually died and came back
And she became a leader and a captain even though she has always has been a lone wolf she managed to understand her team and get the best from all of them, as well as always come up with a plan, even if it’s not the best decision she doesn’t hesitate if this can save her team and family
Yes Sara Lance is not perfect, she came back from the darkness too many times and people still call her an assassin, she messed up the timeline and has to fight her worst enemy again who now has even bigger power and the time bureau but she will always choose the side of helping others
But she definitely deserves to have a confidence and her smile shows how strong and powerful she is even after all this challenges
I just wish the writers see the greatness of the character they created and give her a lot more stories to inspire her fans, not to mention how amazing actress Caity Lotz is!
