NOW HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE… Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can perhaps buy precious time to get themselves to a phone and dial 911. Hey guys, I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted something but I’m getting back on track with writing and stuff. But I mainly wanted to post this because I needed help with something. I wanted you guys to give me tips about what I should do if I’m being cyberbullied. This morning a person texted me telling me to kill myself after I had only replied to their message, as per request. I plan on going to my local police department with my friends on Saturday to talk to them about what was not only happening to me but 2 of my friends were also involved in the situation as the person not only threatened to kill one of them but threatened to rape the other one. I do want advice on what I should do when we do go to the police, I’m printing out screenshots of the texts I received as well as the texts of my friends I am documenting the majority of the messages I am being sent to this moment. So if any of you have advice it would be greatly appreciated. I love you guys xx -kailee

“Chandler!” You laughed as he ran off with your phone. “Give it back!” “Never!” He laughed and stopped in front of you, holding your phone high above your head. You two were supposed to be getting ready Comic Con but currently he was keeping you from actually getting anything done. “Fine.” You pouted. “I guess you don’t get kisses today then.” You crossed your arms and turned around. “I can go without those.” He laughed. “Fine then I’ll just ignore you.” You said and started walking away. “You won’t last ten minutes without talking to me.” He laughed and followed you putting your phone in his pocket. You sat down at the table where you two were meant to sign photos and meet fans of the show. As the day went on you met tons of fans and whenever Chandler tried to talk to you, you just ignored him and kept talking to the fans. “You and Chandler are so cute together!” One of them said. “Thank you. You’re the first person that’s said that today.” You said and hugged them from behind the table. After the meet and greet you went to go find some food, still phoneless might I add, since Chandler hadn’t given it back to you. “Y/N, come on talk to me.” You shook your head and smirked, holding out your hand for your phone. He sighed and reluctantly gave you your phone back. “Thank you.” You said and pecked him on the cheek. “You missed.” He smirked and then kissed you softly. You kissed back At the end of the day on the way back to your hotel, you two fell asleep in the car from all the excitement of the day.
