Emma, tired from her flight, tore her clothes of as she stumbled to the queen size bed in a sleepy haze. She didn’t bother to rummage through her suitcase for something to sleep in as she only had enough energy to send a simple text to Jay.
Jay chuckled to himself reading her message. They kept in touch over the years, but their schedules didn’t permit them to meet up. Emma had randomly messaged him one day and said she wanted a vacation, even if it were for a few days. That’s when he suggested she come visit Seoul. There was nothing weird about it, no ulterior motive. How could he have one with a girl he considered to be one of the guys. That’s why they got along so well.
Emma didn’t care about the things that most girls did. He liked that she’d rather have a beer over a mixed drink, or go see the latest comedy rather than the romantic chick flick, and even wore jeans to a nightclub. She was and would always be just one of the guys.
They had planned to meet up for dinner, but he knew her too well. Traveling was something she loved to do, but the first day getting to the destination was the hardest for her. He decided to make things easier on her and order in at her hotel room. Jay always believed in taking care of his friends and family. When Emma had agreed to visit he had already purchased her hotel room. She wasn’t too happy with him paying for her hotel, but he explained to her that he wanted to make sure she was in a safe place. In a way paying for her hotel worked out for him. He didn’t look suspicious walking into a hotel asking for a replacement key since his credit card was the one on file.
Jay entered the hotel room and stumbled over Emma’s shoes. He picked her shoes up and placed them carefully out of the way. Along the path to her bedroom he noticed random pieces of clothing thrown about the room.

Emma was sprawled out on her back in the center of the bed. Her hair was a mess and flowed out onto her pillow. “Jay?” She called after him.

“I’ve missed you,” she stood on her tippy toes and flung her arms around his neck, “it’s really good to see you.” She pressed her body against his. This was the first time that Jay didn’t know what to do with his hands. Actually, he knew what he wanted to do with his hands. He just knew those things were wrong. She was his friend, one of his boys.
“Y-y-yeah you too.” He pushed her away by her shoulders and patted her on the head.
“Are you okay?” She reached out to touch him, but he jerked away.
“Why are you acting so weird?” Emma felt a bit hurt that he was being distance. Jay pointed to her body giving her an answer. “Seriously,” she inched towards him, “they’re just boobs.” She placed her breasts against his chest.
“Fine, okay. I get it.” She chuckled.
Jay didn’t understand why he was being weird. It’s not like he hadn’t seen her in a bikini before, but for some reason it was different. It felt different. She looked different. He had left her alone so that she could change while he looked through his phone for food places.
“What’s so interesting?” She plopped down next to him on the couch.
“You’re staring at a black screen.” She pointed out while pulling her hair up into a ponytail.
“Oh, I was looking for take-out.” He turned his phone back on and scrolled through local places. His concentration didn’t last too long when Emma decided to stretch out on the couch. Her long smooth legs placed themselves over his and her arms stretched past the arm rest. Her shirt rose a little under her breasts and her hips lifted off the couch. “Are you doing this on purpose?” He mumbled staring at her.
“Mh,” she met his eyes in confusion, “doing what?”
“No, nothing.” Jay went back to his mission of finding food. He began to believe he was just over thinking things. His memories began to float through his head remembering that this was the kind of relationship they had. Just two friends that were completely comfortable with each other. He kept repeating this as if he was trying to convince himself. Emma sat up and placed her index finger on the crease forming on his forehead.
“Relax.” She smiled innocently. He stared at her…just friends, just friends…fuck. He dropped his phone and grabbed her wrist pushing her back onto the couch. His lips crashed into hers their teeth hitting each other. Jay didn’t care enough to stop, he wanted her. He sat up and removed his shirt. She, in all these years, had never looked at him this way. She had never made this type of face before. Jay liked it and he wanted to continue seeing different sides to her. He placed himself in between her legs and slowly dropped his weight on her.
