Final Thoughts on DD

I’m actually really glad that we didn’t have sex with Sinclaire (or any of the other LIs) this chapter. So far this romance has been a slow burn, so throwing a sex scene our way before we’ve even kissed kind of makes the slow burn redundant. Plus, it’s pretty historically accurate for couples then to start sexual intimacy only after engagement/marriage.

In fact I think it’s really cute that Sinclaire (and the other LIs) really took their time when it came to our first kisses. Sinclaire for one, clearly wanted to kiss MC ages ago (previous diamond scenes), but it never really happened because he held himself back - which is not only true to his character’s personality but also his wish to honour and respect MC. (Remember when he said he did not want to take liberties with her?)

All this waiting for our first kiss has paid off…I have alot of confidence that when they do give us our long awaited sex scene, it will be 10000000% worth it!
