I've got accepted and called for taking tests by a military highschool for aerospace technologies in another city. It's under a royal military university that makes pilots or aerospace engineers and it's one of the best schools in my country. Last year i got accepted in similar boarding highschools for elites and i had to take them down bcs of some documents' problems and the long distance, and i keep mourning the missed opportunity.

Idk if i should go, at least just take the test. But my father told me to stay away from military school to be independent in the future and in control of my life, i got his point. My other uncle who currently serves the Marine said the same thing and even warned me as if i said I'm throwing myself in hell, telling me some of his own experiences and regrets. I totally understand but i thought maybe i can go only to the highschool and never step in the university, and then I won't sign any pact or graduate as an officer. I just don't want to regret not talking the opportunity later. Especially that it would be a boarding school without paying any money and i would have a high advanced education especially in my math science major (i just got accepted to a private school a month ago, it's super expensive. I was hoping to save money to use it when i want to study abroad or need something during college)

I'm super worried and afraid.

My plan this last week of school finals. I'm eating a bit more bcs of stress i freaking need to lock in

I did Tmad (-500cal) on Monday and Tuesday (wasn't even hungry I'm sick of myself)

Wed: water fast despite having exams, I'm gonna find a way to keep focused

Thursday: waterfast or make a detox juice if i need energy to study

Fri: waterfast or omad, probably waterfast

Weekends: water or juice fast depends on my focus

Monday: omad, having some math and physics exams i can't

Tuesday: omad or fast

Wednesday: i just had my period and i wasn't freaking hungry i was actually surprised i didn't feel anything despite having exams but i didn't do very well in my french exam and so my stress and feelings took over... I'm so disgusted with myself. So i ended up having lunch as an omad, boiled potato with some cooked grounded beef 💔💔💔💔

I'm looking for some advice or just your thoughts of my current physique cause i barely see any changes from the last three months and my body is losing weight soooo slow. I got back to m1@ and i regret it, but the body dysmorph1a is not helping. I really need to lose weight in my lower body but i barely lose any inch.

My belly is pretty flat from the side but there's still fluff. I'm wondering if i have to return to building muscle after a year of cutting strength training or i should continue till i lose my lower body fat which would take a life time.
