Timing is so on point and creepy.

A look at the layering for the book page. Nothing fancy added, and little text, but it’s a start!
Infographics from Good Maganzine that I thought were cool. Really digging the texture with the last one especially

Simple but pretty nice title sequence. Really digging the timing of the animations
Design 351 Ideation
Gotta think out how to describe this so I can actually describe it to my team, but I’m interested in looking at how we perceive 2D motion (which is visuals and sight). I’m a bit of a tactile focused individual, so I want my portion of the project to have some light interactive elements.
Concept 1
In reference to the View-Master Reel, I like the idea of having a reel that the reader can turn. Likely this page would be focused on how fast things have to be going to seem seamless.
Concept 2
As far as the bottom image (Isabel Martinez’s Quantum Blink) and the middle left image (Bonobo Die Cut Sleeve) I’d like to make a sleeve with imagery on it, and then have the materials within the sleeve change the perceived movement of the page depending on the inside paper.
So to use Quantum blink as an example, one side of the page could have her looking left, and the other side could have her looking right, while the sleeve’s exterior would be her looking down

Yay! More video projects!
Got a new job and now I get to play around with a nice camera, I’m super pumped.
Figuring out how to illustrate strokes, so combined that with remembering kanji stuff
Getting back into the swing of things now that life has finally slowed down, so woo simple things before my life becomes eternal workload for the next year.
Messed around with painting today
I'm most like the bubble currently.
Moving some things around, so trying to story board this stuff out
Also some looks at what things I’m currently changing aesthetically in the video, cause yup
