More people who take prescription meds should see themselves as drug users. More people who drink coffee and booze should see themselves as drug users. Considering yourself a drug user puts you in solidarity with people who use criminalized drugs! It turns out that criminalizing only some substances and then classing people who use those as "drug users" is yet another way for the state to divide & conquer, but also you do not personally have to engage in the criminalized drug trade or take criminalized substances to like...support people who do & learn how to use Narcan. Addiction (and where the line is between addiction and recreational use!) becomes easier to understand when you can compare other stories of chemical dependance to your caffiene withdrawls on a no-coffee morning.
“So many women (and men) experienced some type of unresolved sexual trauma as children that connecting vulnerably, intimately and passionately with another human is hard and uncomfortable. They left their bodies in early childhood in order to survive so coming back into the body can be challenging. Take your time. Be patient and deeply soothing to yourself as if soothing a baby. Coming fully back into your body through alchemizing the layers of trauma and pain is the deep shadow work that unlocks the multidimensional creative energy that regenerates your body and creates new narratives for your life. It is a return to true love: a softness, playfulness, innocence, passion, arousal, curiosity, desire, and connection to being fully alive that isn’t fake, phony, or generic.”

If you reply to this like "duhhh but it's cold here" you're an asshole. Most of our October was up to TWICE warmer than normal and absolutely bone dry when our cool weather and non stop rain is supposed to start in *September.* That period is when our amphibians travel before it gets too cold, when many of our plants are supposed to die back while others surge, when we're meant to have two months of a mushrooms everywhere before frosts that may be coming in only days now. Our wildlife lost an entire season it was adapted to since the ice age.

Humor music is never funny. I have not heard a single parody song that was funny. I have not heard a bo burn ham type song that was funny. I have not seen a video where they add music to dialogue that has improved the original.
