I’m laughing because this implies Democrats are more powerful than God
for something that’s considered feminine and gay….broadway sure does have a lot of shows revolving around the plights straight men
Reporter Brian Karem takes Sarah Huckabee Sanders to task during briefing over “inflammatory” media comments
Fuck. yeah. Roast her ass.
HE’S A REPORTER FOR PLAYBOY. we have reached the point where a playboy reporter is the only person brave enough to speak up about this bullshit
Student's grades lowered for sitting during Pledge of Allegiance
Leilani Thomas is a student at Lower Lake High School who started her protest by sitting out the Pledge of Allegiance when she was in second grade when she didn’t even know who Colin Kaepernick was.
But her quiet rebellion was criticized by her teacher who decided to punish the little brave girl by docking her participation grade for not standing.
The only person who supported student’s decision was Konocti School District Superintendent Donna Becnel. She said that Leilani has rights to sit down because of the first amendment.
Very courageous girl!

reblogging cause school is coming up and all you in school have a choice, and not participating in the “pledge” is a valid one
Tv show: these are the horrible ramifications of toxic masculinity and the suffering you can cause to the people around you Men watching the show: this character is so badass! He doesn’t take shit from anyone did you see how he killed that guy! I hate his wife! I am the danger!
I worked at Cracker Barrel when the duck dynasty guy said he doesn’t understand being gay or something I literally don’t remember but everyone lost their damn minds so cracker barrel got pressured into taking all its duck dynasty stuff off the shelves which at the time was like 87% of their merchandise and do you know how many 65 year old men thought that I was Personally Responsible for that decision
Old dudes thought I was Undercover Boss and if they yelled loud enough I’d say “ya got me. I’m the Cracker Barrel CEO. The big CB. I AM the Barrel. The Law. I’ll put that stuff back up right away.”
More than one of them yelled at me for violating their first amendment rights. Which, you know, includes the explicit right to purchase Duck Dynasty Wall Clocks at Cracker Barrel for 35.99 USD.
Corporate actually issued scripts to us to deal with the situation.
And then it got more wild bc one of my coworkers remembered I was gay and thought I must be so hurt by everything.
She and my other coworkers were like “this must be so hard for you. I’m so sorry.”
And it was really considerate and sweet but I was like
the duck dynasty man lives in a swamp and is famous for having a beard. I didn’t…… like……I wasn’t invested in his opinion.
My respect level for T-Pain is out the roof right now.

does anyone else ever have a meltdown in one chat window and a totally normal conversation in another
It’s nice that modern technology allows compartmentalization to become so very literal.
me reading any of my own writing: what the fuck are you talking about
When Ned was first introduced, I was worried that Peter would like, ya know, be embarrassed of his nerdy friend and just one of those stereotypical moments, but no. That did not happen – Peter turned to him and just said it was awesome, just as excited as his friend, when clearly there were back ground people judging them and Peter even knew, glanced at them but??? he was like, ‘ppl think we’re nerdy losers, but who the fuck cares, my bff is awesome, bless him’ “YEAH? THAT’S AWESOME.”
@lordzuuko as you can tell i watched it and im having feels jdsakldjaslkdla
This is one of my fave scenes! You’d initially think he’d be embarrassed with his “WHAT?!” but no, Peter was just so DAMN EXCITED about Ned’s Lego Death Star and his “what” was genuinely out of shock and awe. And that melted my heart. So when he said “That’s awesome, man! How many pieces?” He’s not ashamed of them being nerds and I love how they embrace it.
Ned and Peter were best friend goals there was this part when they were at the party and when Ned said: “I don’t think you should go back.” At first, I thought Ned was really pissed at Peter ditching him but when he held the phone out for Peter to hear that Flash was making fun of him, that was when I realized that Ned just wanted to save Peter from the embarrassment and that’s just really sweet. :’)
Why reading Twitter bios is important.
the most obnoxious part of the holiday season is commercials that try to sound like ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas and have a dinky xylophone playing in the background while the narrator tells you in rhyme to buy a Ford
Twas the night before Christmas and I swear to the Lord I will break your goddamn ankles If you don’t buy this ford
How well do Zendaya, Jacob, & Laura know Tom? ↳ BONUS:
“It’s ridiculous that we get these old guys with young women draped round them. When I started Doctor Who and we were doing photoshoots we’d be asked if Jenna could just lie down there while I, you know'— he leaps up and acts out a young woman sprawled coquettishly about while he gets to stand and look powerful over her. ‘I had to say, ‘Look, that’s just not what we’re about. The relationship between my Doctor and his companion is one of deep love. But it’s a strange sort of platonic bond. It becomes clearer and more moving as this particular series goes on.’ ‘Of course [the TV industry]’s sexist. Most of my peers have partners their age, so if we have a dinner party with a bunch of actors, the wives or partners are largely the same age. Then you see your friends on screen and they are suddenly with some extraordinary young lady who wouldn’t be at the dinner party. It’s ridiculous.’ ‘It is true that women reach a certain age when people decide that they’re not useful anymore as actors. There are a few significant theatrical roles that they might be viable for. That’s not fair, it’s not right, it’s not a proper reflection of what goes on in life.’
