Fiyeraba parallels (10/?) ━ "Are you coming?" / "I'm going with her."
Fiyero didn’t get in the way of Gelphie, Glinda did.
Fiyero isn’t the reason Gelphie couldn’t be together, Glinda was.
And it’s a tragedy, it really is, and it’s part of why Glinda’s character is so fascinating to me and I love her so much. But the amount of people who hate Fiyero simply because he’s a love interest who is male is crazy to me, especially when you consider that he represents to Elphaba what Glinda chose not to be for her.
Elphaba and Glinda will always love each other—which is part of why I’m so glad they added the “I love you” moment in the movie—but Fiyero chose her. And Glinda eventually chose her, too, but Fiyero did it first. And Elphaba loved him, too.
And that’s why even though no one gets a happy ending, Glinda gets her bittersweet ending alone, and Elphaba and Fiyero get theirs together.
"neytiri hid spider's mask", "neytiri was right, he's not part of the family, he should die"
As if Neytiri didn't grab Jake's arm when he grabbed her knife, staring into his eyes, begging him to reconsider and watching him leave with Spider, dejected and conflicted. As if Neytiri didn't wash away the red paint off her face, hands then colored in crimson like blood and realizes she cannot let Jake go through with his plan. As if Neytiri didn't started sprinting to look for them, falling to her knees in front of Spider and finally acknowledging him.
If you want your fire to spread across the world, you need me. | AVATAR: FIRE AND ASH OFFICIAL TRAILER
Neytiri - Avatar: Fire and Ash
Well, you’ve been such a good friend to me. Allow me to sort this out for you.
The fandom went in many directions with Spider after Way of Water; assuming he'd be killed off or hated by the Sullys, how he'd actually give into his 'human' nature and be more like Quaritch. Or wonder if he'd be so sad, depressed, doubt creeping into his heart, as he struggles to find his place amidst all this chaos.
And yet in canon he has been so unwavering. Spider's utmost loyalty to the Na'vi, the Sully no matter what happens because he's disgusted by the humans actions. How he's so lively, upbeat and animated despite people assume he must be struggling inside, but he's seen so sure and confident in himself, where his heart and soul lies. He's so loved by the Sully kids still and they fiercely defend him and want to be with him.
What a character.
neytiri is literally the heart of the avatar franchise and no other character will ever compare. that’s mother
This better happen in A6 or whatever.
