KyoAni showed this beautiful Iwatobi group photo for Tanabata celebration greetings and I saw JP fans were freaking out about this on twitter :D Turned out that they were actually at Hikawa Shrine of Kawagoe City  and were visiting Two Wind Chimes Tunnel or more known as Tunnels of Love❤️ These tunnels are prepard for Tanabata days and apparently people write their wishes and prayers to be hung over there.

It is also stated that Hikawa enshrines the god of married couples, so many people go to pray for happy marriages or to find a spouse. It is also a popular choice for weddings ;)

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Just because you’re in a rush doesn’t mean you have to eat badly. Whanever you need a speedy meal, try this tasty and slightly citrus-y  Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry!

Ingredients (serves 3):

12.5 ounces chicken breasts

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest

the juice of ½ orange

1 tablespoon sesame oil

½ red onion, thinly sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

3 carrots, peeled and sliced

2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed

6 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a medium bowl, combine chicken bites, cornstarch, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, and orange zest and juice. Give a good stir until well-coated. Cover the bowl with cling film, and let chicken marinate at room temperature, half an hour.

In a very hot wok over high heat, add sesame oil. Add red onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and broccoli, and cook, shaking the wok often, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in chicken with its marinade, and cook, 3 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Finally, reduce heat to medium and stir in sweet chili sauce, cook 1 minute.

Serve Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry immediately over hot rice. Enjoy!
