this bad boi is only about 100 kcal!!!! And filling!!! And good!!! I’m in heaven, so here’s the recipe :D
- 100g shirataki noodles (10kcal)
- 150g mushrooms (24kcal)
- 30g kale (15kcal)
- 6 cherry tomatoes (23kcal)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (23 kcal)
- sriracha (depends how much u use, ~4kcal for me)
- additional seasonings
Fry the mushrooms in a hot pan (use a nonstick pan so you don’t have to use oil!), add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and some other seasonings if u want (I added chili flakes, pepper, salt and garlic powder). Add the kale and cooked shirataki noodles. Then add rest of the soy sauce and cherry tomatoes and just fry till it’s nice and how you like it. Top with sriracha (or don’t if u don’t like it)
There’s about 8g of protein, 12g of carbs and 1g of fat.
*calories and macros might be different depending on what products you use but still it’s not gonna be a highcal thing!
* if u want more protein, an egg/egg white would be so nice with this
