Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
District 13
Nijimura:
He’s a squad leader in the rebellion. His squad works primarily as a liaison between rebellion members in various districts, Akashi and district 13. They always keep in contact with each other, but they often end up in different locations. Nijimura’s family all help out with rebellion operations, but remain in district 13.
When the rebellion finally starts carrying out the biggest portion of their plans (all the districts uprising and stopping the Hunger Games) he’s stationed in district 4 with Himuro and his local rebel group. Since he joined Himuro and his group he’s been making more risky decisions due to Himuro’s influence, but ones which, when successful, greatly help out the rebellion. He does refuse some of Himuro’s more reckless ideas though. Midorima has been panicking about these and constantly asks Akashi to stop them, but Akashi let’s them be as he trusts Nijimura to not let things go too far and believes things will end well. He is somewhat astounded by Himuro’s and Nijimura’s plans though and lets Nijimura know of this.
Kubota:
A member of Nijimura’s squad.
Sekiguchi:
A member of Nijimura’s squad.
Fukui:
Part of the rebellion as a member of a camera crew (like Cressida, Pollux and the rest from the original Hunger Games). His parents originally lived in the Capitol but ran away with him to district 13 when he was very young after finding out about some of the governments horrible plans and voicing how against them they were. He grew up in district 13.
Liu Wei:
Part of the rebellion and a member of the camera crew along with Fukui. His parents were friends with Fukui’s parents since they all lived in Capitol and ran away together with him and Fukui’s family to district 13. He grew up in district 13 along with Fukui as childhood friends.
Reo:
A member of the rebellion and Akashi’s closest counselor. Informs him of everything that’s going on in district 13 and any info they have gathered.
Nebuya:
A member of the rebellion. He works as a trainer. He helps people improve their strength and learn to fight. He also goes out for missions sometimes though when they are short on people or require a particularly skilled fighter as he is part of the elite. He’s good friends with Reo and Hayama.
Hayama:
A member of the rebellion and a trainer like Nebuya. He specializes in teaching people to improve their speed and agility and how to use it to their advantage in fighting. As a member of the elite team he also goes out on missions sometimes when they are short on people or need particularly skilled fighters. He’s also good friends with Nebuya and Reo.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
District 9
Takao: Contestant
He lives with his parents and a younger sister. They all cried a lot when he got picked in the draw and watch the games closely throughout. He is incredibly clever and good at always being aware of his surroundings. He is also incredibly skilled at archery as his mother had secretly taught him when he was younger and he continued to secretly practice it as a hobby as he grew up. It’s a skill that has been passed down in his family kind of as a small act of rebellion even though they are not involved in any rebel group.
How determined he looks, his skill in archery as well as how fondly he talks of his younger sister and their relationship during the interviews are what lead Midorima to recruit him for the rebellion.
During the games, he is quite amused by the lucky items Midorima sends him and keeps all of them with him even after getting what’s inside them (they are all quite small). Midorima had informed him they would be his lucky items of the day when he contacted him before the games. He teams up with Kagami and Kuroko eventually. Like many others he was impressed and touched by how Kagami volunteered. Kagami and Kuroko are both quite surprised by how friendly he is towards them and how much he smiles despite being in the games, but they see his determined and serious side too.
He survives the games.
Masako: Mentor
She grows to be quite fond of Takao and is very strict with his training. She joins the rebellion as well through Takao who sees her as trustworthy and a supporter of their cause.
District 11
Sakurai: Contestant
He cried when he was picked in the draw. He isn’t a member of the rebellion. He is a skilled fighter but incredibly nervous. During the games he constantly apologizes when facing others. He ends up dying after fighting Hanamiya. He did manage to injure Hanamiya, but in the end lost the fight anyways. Hanamiya didn’t fully kill him, but left him with severe enough injuries to slowly bleed out to death as he is mad at Sakurai for injuring him. Sakurai tries to end his life but is too weak to do so on his own. Kagami across him in that state and upon Sakurai’s request kills him. He closes Sakurai’s eyes before leaving him. Kuroko who had been secretly following Kagami for a bit at the time, sees the whole scene.
Murasakibara: Contestant
He lives with his parents and 4 older siblings. He is incredibly amazed by all the food that’s given to the contestants in the train. He ends up eating too much, despite Teppei warning him against it and falls sick for a while. Akashi has him recruited for the rebellion as well seeing how strong he is.
During the games, Hanamiya tries to get him to join his group seeing how stong Mukkun is, but he refuses.
He survives the games.
Teppei: Mentor
He injured his knee permanently in the games the year he won. He lives alone with a dog in the Victors’ Village as the rest of his family have all died. His parents died when he was young, so he was brought up by his grandparents. His grandparents died a couple of years before (three years after the games he won). He joins the rebellion once it’s in full swing across all districts (he didn’t know about it before), but this is only after Sakurai dies.
Mitobe:
Teppei’s friend and former neighbour. He often visits Teppei in the Victors’ Village.
Koganei:
Teppei’s friend and neighbour as well. He visits Teppei along with Mitobe. They are both very fond of Teppei’s dog as well.
District 12
Kuroko: Contestant
When he got picked in the draw everyone, including himself, was sure he wouldn’t last too long the games. When Kagami sees him during the training before the game he can’t help feel bad for him. Kuroko is an only child who lives with his parents, grandma, and dog Nigou. Their family is extremely poor.
When he saw and heard of the story of Kagami volunteering he was quite impressed and got curious about Kagami. As he observed Kagami, he came to grow even more fond of him and decided to help him out. He had decided he would try his best to survive as long as possible, but since he had given up winning the games he would rather help someone nice but with a better chance at winning. He felt that that way his life would at least be somewhat meaningful.
However, no one expected him to last as long as he was lasting. In fact people constantly kept forgetting he was still alive. He is unexpectedly incredibly good at hiding, he easily stole food and supplies from others, and because of how little of an impression he makes even the gamemakers constantly lost track of him. Akashi realizes this at some point and starts to think he might actually turn out to be quite useful to the rebellion. Meanwhile, Kuroko was hoping to find Kagami, but falls upon him quite by accident (although Kagami doesn’t see him). When he finds him he is not entirely sure how to approach him since he knows Kagami would be likely to refuse to team up with him. So, he secretly follows him from a distance for a little while, helping him out secretly occasionally. It puts Kagami slightly on edge a few times feeling like someone is watching him and that some things are surprisingly convenient, but he brushes it off as Akashi or the other gamemakers.
When Kagami gets seriously injured at one point Kuroko comes out of hiding and helps him more directly. Akashi has something to help with Kagami’s wounds sent to Kuroko through a parachute. Kagami falls unconscious midway through the treatment. When he comes to and sees Kuroko (or more like Kuroko announced himself and startled Kagami) he’s wary of him. But eventually, as Kuroko continues to treat him and they talk, he grows to trust him a little. When Kagami is better he tells Kuroko that they can stick together coz he’d feel bad if Kuroko went and got himself killed if Kagami could prevent it after all that Kuroko is done for him. Akashi gets into contact with Kuroko once they decide to team up and asks him if he wants to join the rebellion (Kagami tells him a little more about it when Kuroko asks him about it upon Akashi’s request) and he accepts.
At some point Kagami asks Kuroko how he managed to survive this long as he was sure he would die within the first day of the game. Kuroko flexes his arms and says “with these guns” with a straight face. When Kagami stares at him incredulously and shout’s no way he tells him it’s though his lack of presence: by hiding and stealing. That, Kagami says, he can definitely believe.
Kuroko survives the games.
Shigehiro:
Kuroko’s childhood friend. He cries when Kuroko is selected in the draw and is one of the people who visit him before he departs for the capitol. Kuroko asks him to take care of Nigou which he of course promises to do. He watches the games along with Nigou. When the rebellion picks up he joins it as well.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
District 5
Hayakawa:
He is a power plant maintenance worker. When the rebellion’s uprising commences and they start to recruit more help from within the districts, Hayakawa joins in too.
District 6
Miyaji:
He becomes the leader of the rebels in district 6 once the rebellion’s uprising starts.
Kimura:
Miyaji’s close friend and a member of the rebellion as well.
District 7
Hyuuga: Contestant
Regular contestant during the current games who wanted no part of the games but still tries his best to survive. He is not a part of or aware of the rebellion.
He hates the MC of the games with a passion. During the time after the contestants are chosen and before the games begin, he keeps asking Riko if he can kill the MC (he doesn’t mean it of course).
He has known and had a crush on Riko since forever but never confessed to her. He decided not to confess to her before entering the games either since he doesn’t want her to feel bad if she refuses him or suffer more if he dies.
He dies during the games.
Riko: Mentor
She lives with only her dad who she has a very good relationship with. He helped her out a lot when she came back from the games the year she won. Hyuuga is a childhood friend of hers. She is quite devastated when he dies during the games. She had no connection to the rebellion before, but after Hyuuga dies and the rebellion is when on its way, she and her dad help out as well.
District 8
Kasamatsu: Contestant
He lives with his parents and two younger brothers. His whole family was secretly involved in a local underground rebel group but they had never planned on having Kasamatsu being picked as a contestant. When he is picked in the draw his parents get even more furious with the government. Just like his parents have told him, he tells himself to try his best to survive in the games even if it means killing. As a result Kasamatsu keeps mostly to himself the whole time before the games and decides to solo it out in order to steel himself. Once he’s actually in the games though he goes through a lot of internal conflict and realizes he doesn’t want to kill anyone. He ends up fighting and knocking out a contestant who was hunting him in particular at one point, but decides against killing them despite having gotten injured himself and knowing that he’ll most likely be hunted again once they wake up.
His family in the mean time had been making plans to start revolting more openly with their local group and to even try to stop the games. Akashi catches wind of this through one of his many contacts and, like with Himuro, gets into contact with the local group in order to stop them from rashly starting their revolt with barely anything planned out and instead have them join the larger rebellion which will be starting soon. Eventually the local group is convinced and Akashi promises to do his best to help out Kasamatsu as well. He gets into contact with Kise about this. Watching the games, Kasamatsu’s parents, despite what they told their son and being very worried for him, are proud to see Kasamatsu decide not to kill anyone.
Kasamatsu hates Kise in the beginning because of how enthusiastic he is about the games as he doesn’t know that Kise is just acting. However, during the games, after Akashi contacts Kise secretly he helps Kasamatsu at one point and then secretly tells him about the rebellion and his act. He doesn’t give him too many details but Kasamatsu believes him and stops hating him from that point on. They both go their own way again though, right after, in order to avoid raising suspicions. Before meeting Kise, Kasamatsu meets Kagami and Kuroko at some point, but both sides decide not to fight each other and go their own way.
He ends up helping with the rebellion’s plans in stopping the game near the end after being contacted by Kise again. He survives the games.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
District 4
Kagami: Contestant
He is not a career, but volunteered to replace his neighbour, Furi, who got picked in the draw. He’s not incredibly close to Furi (they just greet and chat with each other every so often when they cross paths), but he felt bad for Furi seeing how scared he was and how much his family was crying. He was also really angry Furi got chosen, since it was so obvious he had no chance of surviving the games. Kagami is not very clear on all the horrible things the capitol does and does not know exactly how manipulative the government of Panem is despite how much Himuro has tried explaining it to him (not that he fully listens), but he knows that he really hates the capitol.
Kagami’s only family is his father as his mother died when he was very young. His father and him have a good relationship, but they don’t get to spend much time together as his father is always busy with work. He is the captain of a ship. His father fully threw himself into his work and went on long journey’s out on his ship, out of grief, after his wife died. Since then he came to terms with Kagami’s mother’s death, but spending as much time as possible out on the sea became a habit. When Kagami was younger, Alex used to babysit him. She was a terrible cook though, and since Kagami already had an interest in cooking and was learning from this old woman he befriended, he would do all the cooking with Alex watching over him and sometimes helping him out. Watching over Kagami, Alex became a better cook herself eventually, but continued to pretend to be bad at it as she loves Kagami’s cooking.
Before entering the games, Kagami had been working as a fisherman for a few years. Unlike his father though, he goes out in a small boat only with Himuro. They never go out too far, coming home by evening at the latest if not much earlier. They usually fish in a more secluded area as Kagami likes not having to mix with others while he’s fishing and Himuro loves ranting about the capitol which would be dangerous around others.
Once they are out at sea and have positioned themselves in one spot, Kagami does a lot more of the actual work, interrupting Himuro’s rants every once in a while to get him to help him, but he doesn’t mind. Kagami only half listens to Himuro, occasionally giving his own input and otherwise only nodding along as he busies himself with the fishing. Himuro is aware of this but doesn’t really mind either. They do use both nets and fishing rods to fish as well, but Kagami’s favourite way of fishing is with a trident. Sometimes Himuro continues his rants even while Kagami is underwater not realizing Kagami has gone down and occasionally Kagami even comes back up before he notices. They see each other as brothers and wear a ring, which Himuro got them, around their neck to symbolize this.
Seeing how brave Kagami is, how he is willing to fight for others, how he obviously hates the capitol and how he is strong enough to have a chance in the games, Akashi recruits him for the rebellion as well. He goes through Alex to get in contact him, so Alex and Kagami both join as well. Akashi avoids contacting Kagami directly as much as possible though since he’s not very good at acting. Once Kuroko joins Kagami and Akashi decides to recruit him as well, Akashi almost completely stops contacting Kagami and contacts Kuroko instead when he needs Kagami to do something or be aware of something. Seeing as Kagami himself knows he’s not very good at acting, when Kuroko or Alex inform him of something or tell him to do something that sounds suspicious he rarely questions it as he trusts them and knows it probably has something to do with the rebellion.
He survives the games.
Himuro:
Himuro has always hated the capitol with a passion. He is involved with his district’s underworld. A year ago he also joined a group that has been plotting their own uprising against the government. Kagami knows of his involvement with the underworld, but he doesn’t know about the group Himuro joined. He was thinking of telling Kagami, but he kept putting it off as he did not want to put Kagami in danger and he knows he’s not very subtle or good at acting.
When Kagami volunteers for the Hunger Games and Himuro goes to see him he is angry at Kagami, but it’s mostly because he’s scared and sad for him and ends up crying in the end before he has to leave. He does understand why Kagami chose to volunteer though and when Furihata comes to apologize to him, he tells him it’s not his fault. He is even more furious with the capitol after that though and incites the group he is part of to start the revolting during the current Hunger Games (he is one of the leaders of the group).
Akashi catches wind of the district 4 local uprising and realizes that it will most likely not work fully and cause problems for their own rebellion as it will make the government more cautious. So, he sends Nijimura to get into contact with Himuro who he knows is the main instigator in pushing for the revolt to be so soon.
Nijimura goes undercover in District 4 and gets into contact with Himuro and convinces them to not start the local uprising yet and instead have his group join the rebellion. Himuro and Nijimura become good friends.
Alex: Mentor
She used to watch over Kagami when he was younger sometimes even for a few days when his father would go for longer journeys out on the sea. Often she would bring Kagami along while she was working too. She’s the one who taught him how to tie knots and use a trident and nets. She only babysat Kagami until he was 12, but would still sometimes drop by his house every once in a while and more frequently when his dad was away. She told Kagami it was for his delicious cooking, but it was actually because she doesn’t like seeing him living all alone. Kagami knew, but pretended not to.
She used to live with her family, but after she won the games the year she was chosen she moved into the Victors’ Village on her own refusing to see her family (although she still sent money to them) and almost completely shutting down for a little over a year. Kagami used to already hate the Capitol and Hunger Games before, but his hatred for both became significantly worse after seeing Alex’s state. During that year and after, Kagami was pretty much the only one who would visit her as she would scream if her family tried to enter her house. At first she refused to let Kagami enter too, though less violently, but eventually she just let him do whatever he wanted. When he came over Kagami would cook for her, get her to eat and eat with her, do her laundry, clean her house and talk to her. When she started getting better he would bring Himuro along with him sometimes too. During those times while Kagami was cleaning Himuro would sit and talk to her endlessly and all three of them would eat together.
When she finally gets better, she decides to continue living on her own, but allows her family to visit her and occasionally visits them too.
When she hears Kagami volunteered himself for the games she is completely devastated and starts crying. She insists on being made the mentor that year as well which they allow her. When Akashi contacts her about the rebellion she is more than happy to join.
Furihata:
He is Kagami’s neighbour. He lives with his mom, 3 younger siblings and grandparents on his mom’s side. When Furi gets chosen in the draw for the games, besides how terrified he looks and how distressed his family is, Kagami also chooses to voulunteer because he feels there are so many more people who will miss him and depend on him. After all, Furi’s family is quite large and his mom and he are the main earners. The rest of them help out to the best of their ability but his siblings are too young and grandparents too weak.
His whole family is incredibly grateful to Kagami and try to be as supportive as possible of Kagami’s dad during the games. When Himuro eventually joins the rebellion and needs help with somethings for the rebellion they are more than willing to help. They also help with hiding Nijimura when needed.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
District 2
Hanamiya: Contestant
He is a career and volunteered. He ends up teaming up with the other district 2 and district 4 contestants (not Kagami) as well as two other strong contestants from other districts (unknown characters) initially. He is the last one of his team to remain (he killed or was involved with the killing/dying of three out of the four others) but ends up dying as well during the games. Akashi is the one who got him killed though the game when he was going after some of the contestants who had joined the rebellion. He learnt about the rebellion towards the end but didn’t saying anything out loud wanting to personally mess with their plans rather than have the capitol do so.
District 3
Mayuzumi: Contestant
He thought he was doomed when he got picked for the games, but Akashi got in contact with him shortly after the lottery. He got Mayuzumi to join the rebellion due to how incredibly good he is with technology. He survives the games through Akashi’s help as a gamemaker and by hiding. He doesn’t team up with anyone until they initiate the plans for the rebellion towards the end of the games.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
District 1
Aomine: Mentor
He was brought up as a career, so he didn’t really realize how messed up the games really were. Momoi kept trying to explain it to him, but he didn’t really get it until he himself became a contestant. He had been volunteering himself for a couple of years before he actually got chosen, but since there are always a few people who volunteer from District 1, he had to wait to be picked from among those.
When he was younger, although he liked the training and sparring, he didn’t like the games and he used to be horrified by them too, but his parents and trainers made him believe he was simply squeamish and a coward for it. In fact, the first time he met Momoi was when he was running away from his tutors who were having him watch reruns of a previous game. However, he eventually became mostly desensitized to the gore/violence in the games and came to view the games as a sport.
He first starts questioning the games again, during the “getting ready for the games” portion the contestants go through when he realizes how weak some of the contestants are and how little they wanted to be part of the games. Momoi being so distressed and her scolding also starts getting to him. He never liked the idea of the careers teaming up to get rid of the other contestants first, but when the ones in his year plan on teaming up as well, after seeing how weak the other contestants are, he’s absolutely disgusted and of course doesn’t join them. He loses it during the games when he realizes these games are nothing like a sport and that “the only one who can beat me is me” here means killing everyone else.
He comes out of the games really messed up and depressed and starts really hating both himself and the capitol and stops caring about almost everything. He eventually becomes a mentor because he gets tired of being paraded around by the capitol. He usually doesn’t care much for the contestants put under his care, teaching them if they ask to learn and otherwise not really bothering. He often ends up getting into arguments with them as well. He gets some life back into him when Kise and Momoi tell him about the plans for a rebellion and ask him to help. He doesn’t really believe it will work, but agrees to help and slowly starts becoming hopeful again and starts caring again.
Kise: Contestant
He was part of the rebellion even before entering the games. In fact, he volunteered for the current games in order to initiate the rebellion’s plans as they needed someone to be within the games. Akashi had got into contact with him a few years ago and got him to join. As far as the Capitol and the rest of the contestants know, he’s a career. Akashi rigged the lottery among those who volunteered so that he gets picked. Kise was asked to try and get Momoi and Aomine to join in on the plan (although Akashi had already gotten into contact with Momoi and explained the situation) as knowing their feelings, even if they did not join, Akashi knew they would not out them.
Kise becomes one of the favourites in the games right from when he is selected and gets lots of sponsors. He is also very eager to learn from Aomine and keeps asking him to teach him different fighting techniques and survival skills as well as to give him advice getting Aomine also a little motivated to mentor him (specially since he knows Kise is going to play an important role in the rebellion). Aomine ends up caring for him and not wanting him to die. He helps Kise throughout the games by talking to the sponsors (much like Haymitch) as much as he hates doing so normally. During the games Kise doesn’t team up with the other careers either(he made a big show about soloing it out during his interview). In fact, he goes after the careers first since they are most likely to interfere with the rebellion’s plans. He also secretly helps some of the other contestants who joined the rebellion, but never teams up with them in order to avoid drawing suspicions.
He survives the games.
Haizaki: Contestant
He’s an actual career and never joins or even hears about the rebellion. He is very jealous of Kise for being the favourite. He gets into arguments with Aomine right from the beginning and refuses to listen to any of his advice so Aomine mostly just ignores him. Due to all the attention both Aomine and Momoi give Kise and them ignoring him, he gets even more upset with Kise as as it hurts his pride. He doesn’t team up with anyone either during the games and makes it his goal to kill Kise. During the games Kise and him end up having a showdown with him dying in the end.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
Context: District 13 and some members of the capitol who don’t agree with how Panem is currently run, much like in the AU’s source material, have been planning a rebellion. However, the rebellion will not be taking place in the same way as it did in the source material (although it will share several things in common). The plan is to initiate the rebellion during the current Hunger Games. To carry this out successfully those part of the rebellion have already or plan on enlisting the help of some of this year’s games’ contestants who they believe will be useful to their cause.
Note: We will be modifying some aspects of this universe so some things might not make sense in the original Hunger Games universe, but we will try to stay true to the original setting as much as possible.
The Capitol
Akashi: Gamemaker
He is actually a part of the rebellion. He’s the main person responsible for the rebellion from the outside of district. He’s also the only one aware and the one conducting several of the plans outside and is the one who has the final say on whose help on the outside they should enlist. He himself is from a very rich family in the capitol, his father being a very important person highly involved with the government.
Izuki: MC
He has been the MC for the games for two years. He is on the side of the rebellion as well. Akashi had him take up this role prior to when they were going to start the actual overthrowing of the government to avoid suspicion. He frustrates a lot of people in the districts due to him constantly talking in puns but he is well liked by the capitol’s inhabitants. He started a trend among some of the capitol inhabitants to talk in puns much to the horror of many who already hated the capitol. This went outside of Akashi’s predictions.
Imayoshi: Game body collector
He collects the dead from the hunger games’ arena using some kind of helicopter. He is actually a member of the rebellion as well, but he comes across as so sneaky and obviously sadistic that no one suspects him. However, he is actually a very strong supporter of the rebellion’s cause. Akashi knows all this which is why he asked him to join the rebellion. Most of the other people who are members of the rebellion and meet him (mostly people from the outside) are suspicious of him and have a hard time believing he is actually a member of the rebellion or won’t double cross them when they first meet him, but he actually really has no intentions on switching sides.
Along with dead bodies he also collects people who are on their side who are heavily injured but not dead or are only pretending to be dead. When the rebellion have more or less put a stop to the games, he’s the one who goes and collects the remaining survivors of the game as well with his helicopter.
Midorima: Sponsor
He is actually a member of the rebellion as well. He knew Akashi from even before he got involved with the rebellion. He very much hates the capitol society. He became a sponsor only in the current year to find people who get selected for the games who can be useful to the rebellion and are likely to accept/want to join. He becomes Takao’s sponsor (he decided this on his own and then asked Akashi who gave his approval). He sends Takao his lucky item of the day as gifts during the game with useful things in the middle of them as well as cryptic messages that sound like nonsense but are actually helpful hints on the game or plans for the rebellion.
Momoi: Stylist for District 1
She’s childhood friends with Aomine. Her parents had travelled to District 1 for some government work when she was much younger and had brought her along. Wandering off, she met Aomine. As her family stayed there for several months and then came back a few times after, usually staying for a few days to a little over a week, Aomine and she became very close friends. However, a few years before Aomine enters the games her family stopped going to District 1 so she stopped getting to meet him. She hates the games and was initially planning on having nothing to do with them, but when Aomine got chosen as a contestant, horrified and distressed, she decided to become District 1’s stylist, as she was already making a name for herself in the Capitol as a stylist at the time, in order to meet Aomine again. She quit the year after, and became a stylist for the games again when Aomine became a mentor. She joins the rebellion when Kise and Akashi tell her about it and informs Aomine about it.
Hello there it's Miffy (yeah I still roam around sometimes haha :D) and you don't have to notify me, because I'll probably be checking this blog often haha. And for the Free ask meme, can I get answers for... hmm... Rin, Seijourou Mikoshiba, Sasabe, Amakata, and Kisumi :D thank you!!
Hey! Sorry for the really late reply! We were busy with some stuff and then totally forgot we hadn’t yet responded! We’ve finished planning out the Hunger Games AU btw, but it will still be a while before we post it coz we have to write it up and have finals right now.
Anyways, here’s our responses to the free! ask:
Rin: Did you ever give up on something that you liked doing, but picked it back up again months or years later?
Temp: Nothing that I was passionate about, but I used to learn piano when I was much younger, but then stopped when we moved countries, then started taking lessons again a few years later, but then stopped again… Maybe I will pick it up some time again~
Moko: I quit doing stuff all the time because I have a hard time sticking to one thing, so I usually don’t pick it up again. I did go on and off with piano as well, though it has been several years since I last played because I’m bad at it ):
Seijuurou Mikoshiba: Does anyone consider you their senpai?
Temp: Not as far as I know. I’m often seen as quite childish so besides little kids people don’t really look up to me. Funny story though, I once had a kouhai who mistook me to be his kouhai and treated me as such (it didn’t bother me). I’ll never forget how incredilous he was when he found out I was actually his senpai all along!
Moko: I get asks and tags of people calling me senpai all the time but please... I have nothing to offer...
Sasabe: How do you like your pizza?
Temp: With cheese, tomato sauce, chicken, bacon, green peppers, black olives, and mushrooms. For the sauce though I like pesto and bechamel as well.
Moko: With cheese, tomato sauce, chicken or pepperoni, bell peppers. The ones with pesto are good too.
Amakata: What is one of your favourite proverbs?
Temp: “You can’t judge a book by its cover”
Moko: “ Friendship is love with understanding.”
Kisumi: What does your name mean?
Temp: My full online nickname is Tempesta actually. Temp is just a short form of that. Tempesta means storm in Italian.

Dragon: Aomine Daiki
Lives in a nearby mountain surrounded by forests. A friendly dragon who likes to fight with knights, but never kills or seriously wounds anyone. He is very protective of Kuroko, Momoi and Nigou. Momoi and Kuroko who are also, in turn, protective of him and sometimes help hide him. Akashi knows about the dragon, but he also is aware that he is friendly so he leaves him alone. Kuroko also brings Kagami to meet Aomine at some point and the two love sparring against each other.
He is one of the highest ranking players due to which people often want to team up with him and lots of guilds are after him. Akashi’s tried to recruit him as well at some point but he refused. He avoids people as much as possible because he finds it annoying having to deal with them. He almost never forms a party with a few players or small teams, but he sometimes joins a group of teams or guilds for special quests that require lots of players.
He plays hours at a time playing, staying up very late for the game. During the vacations when he has more free time, it is pretty much all he does. He also takes up a part-time job during the summer to earn money to buy stuff in the game with real money. His two pets are also extremely powerful. His owl can scout ahead which he uses to help him avoid people as well. Normally, his owl sits on his shoulder and his cat walks beside him. His cat wears a small light blue bow at its neck. He wears a white and light blue cape which looks white similar to Kuroko’s as it’s from the same series. However, he wears his hood down.
Solo Player 2:
Alexandra Garcia: Mage *Pet: Mike (Bald Eagle)
Alex helped out a lot and sometimes teamed up with Kagami and Himuro back when they were also solo players (Kagami was solo longer than Himuro). She still sometimes teams up with their respective teams or gifts them items. She is a very high-ranking player, but she doesn’t play as much as she used to anymore (She used to play for hours at a time though not nearly as much as Mayuzumi).
Solo Player 3:
Haizaki Shougo: Rogue
He used to be a member of Kasamatsu and the rest’s team, but got kicked out after too many serious arguments.

This is one of the larger guilds and the highest ranking one. Akashi, Reo, Hayama and Nebuya are considered the elite members of the guild. There are quite a bit of politics and drama that go on within the guild and Akashi gets quite fed up of it all seeing he initially joined this game thinking it would be fun and fairly relaxing. Sometimes he takes breaks though and leaves Reo in charge during this time.
The first time he was on break and wandering around aimlessly in the game world he met Nijimura who was on at the time. He decided to team up with Nijimura for a while and found out he really enjoys his company. Since then, he often joins Nijimura, who he added as a friend, when he takes a break from his guild.
During one such break, Nijimura introduced him to his guild. Akashi was amazed by the easy-going atmosphere within the guild, their policies and how Nijimura managed it NIjimura said he is welcome to join if he wants, but Akashi refused saying he does not want to quit seeing as he is the commander (Larger guilds use the title commander instead of leader) and he feels responsible for the guild. He also lead his guild to be number one and wants to have it maintain that position. Since then, Akashi admires Nijimura a lot.
Teikou Guild:
Nijimura Shuuzou: Warrior (Leader)
Kubota Masaya: Mage (Second in Command)
Sekiguchi Tohru: Rogue
Senpai A: Cleric
Senpai B: Warrior
Senpai C: Rogue
This guild can only be joined through invitation. It is among the smallest guilds, but still quite powerful. While Nijimura is officially the leader of the guild, they consider all members of the guild to be equal. They are more like a team than a guild even though they are registered as such. Though, Nijimura very rarely makes decisions for the whole guild. Most of the time, instead, he simply leads any meetings they hold. He also keeps track of stuff for them with the help of Kubota. The guild also often splits up and each do their own thing.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8
They are infamous and hated by all those who have come across them. They often trick people out of their items. They sometimes form a party with unsuspecting players for a quest and then take all the reward for themselves at the end of the quest. They also often trick, harass and corner players into their deaths causing them to lose lives just for the fun of it. As they don’t do anything that actually goes against the rules though, the game mods can’t ban them. Furuhashi is kind of against what they are doing and sometimes wants to get out, but feels like he won’t be able to do much if he is on his own and wants to be among the strong players.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7
How they ended up teaming up together is a mystery to anyone who meets them especially since they did not even know each other before meeting up within the game. Nijimura met Himuro at some point when he was playing on his own because Mukkun was busy with something and they formed a temporary team. He becomes totally fascinated by Himuro and asks him to join his guild.
When Himuro says he’s already in a team with someone, Nijimura says they can both join. However, Himuro refuses as he is not to sure about whether he or Mukkun would like to join a guild. Nijimura tells him they are a really small guild and quite easy going so to still continue to think about it which Himuro agrees to. When Nijimura later meets Mukkun he’s not too sure about him, but continues to try and recruit the two of them (since clearly they come as a set).
Team J:
Liu Wei: Mage
Fukui Kensuke: Rogue
Okamura Kenichi: Warrior (Team Leader)
