whew … it’s been actual weeks now, and csm fans are still obnoxious about the ending 🫩 you’d think it’d mellow down by now, and more people would get around to understanding … but i guess not? the way people are overreacting about this, you’d think fujimoto is some sort of secret, misunderstood, literary genius 🤦

way too many people are being ignorant on purpose with chainsaw man’s conclusion, leading to blatant misinformation spreading around. this ending happening was glaringly obvious for a very long while now, and i personally think it even ties nicely with the tragedy part 2 had to offer.

was it rushed? totally. was it perfect? absolutely not … was it unplanned? noo!?!

it’s beyond annoying at this point, and i feel like a lot of “fans” aren’t actually fans in the first place; they’re just hate-watchers, or sheep latching onto the most popular opinion. you can dislike whatever you want >without reason<, but it gets to a point when it’s objectively wrong, and instead, just very clear you’re misunderstanding.

i swear, chainsaw man readers need everything deliberately said aloud by denji himself in order to comprehend the pretty pictures they’re clearly just staring at! that, or they require the most intricate, and unimportant details to be addressed and properly explained as precisely as possible.

Why yes, let's us alllllll ignore the fact that Denji's arc of living a normal life away from Public Safety is basically undone with the bullshit reset putting him at square one, complete with him working with the same people controlling him again.

Sorry for the fact we critics point out bad writing, we just don't have the IQ to understand the masterpiece that is the ending.

denji is not being controlled by anybody, at least not in the negative manner you have deluded yourselves into believing. he’s living life as normal as it gets in the chainsaw man universe: he has a place to live, he goes to work, he eats good food, and he hangs out with his buddy power everyday … he might even start attending school too!

this is as normal as it can get for denji. what more could you people possibly want?

also, let me just … leave this here …

be honest with yourselves: what other job would denji possibly be doing outside of the one outwardly expressed was THE best for him?

kishibe and himeno both have made it clear multiple times that denji’s personality makes him fit for this kind of job. devil hunting is the perfect job for denji, because he’s NOT a normal person. this was spelled out to us all the way back in part 1 guys! c’mon!
