An mmorpg based around the world of Avatar the last airbender.
You can start off by choosing nation, then your appearence and gender, then your name.
If you chose airbender, you join in the southern air temple, fire benders start at a firebending academy, waterbenders start in the southern water tribe, earth benders in a village or small city such as omashu.
You can travel all over the world by multiple means of transport, particularily mounts that you can buy and unlock through small storylines or gain as mission rewards, spirit mounts being very rare. Maybe fire nation boats from destinations across the fire nation, water tribe boats for cross water nation travel, air balloons for airbenders to the other temples, carts to different earth kingdom territories. You could have main areas for each nation, northern air temple for air nomads, ba sing se for earthbenders, northern water tribe for water benders and the capital fire nation city for firebenders.
As you level up, you gain more abilities based around your element, but at some point you can unlock challenges to eventually learn a sub-bending technique such as metal bending for earthbenders, lighting bending for firebenders, flying for airbenders, bloodbending for waterbenders, lava bending for earth and firebenders, healing for waterbenders and airbenders.
You can start relationships with npcs or other players, join players from other nations to face challenges, earthbenders = tanks + dps

Airbenders = dps and healing
You can unlock gear for your respective nation and when you master your element and sub bending, you can enter the spirit world for even more missions that can be bender specific or open missions.
Firebenders can challenge each other to Agni kai, waterbenders train against each other, earthbenders fight tournaments and airbenders do races with gliders and airorbs.
Different paths for each nation to choose from, fire military for fire nation, justicars for the water tribes (capturing rogue dangerous waterbenders), helping people who send in help requests as an airbender and something else for earthbenders.
Eventually you come to the attention of your nations highest figure, the firelord for the fire nation, the grand monk for air nomads, the water tribe leader for water nation and the earth king for earth kingdom.
When you have maxed all elements at least once, you can unlock an avatar, born into the first element you chose for your first character, the game progresses with brand new material for the avatar character, mostly centered around the spirit world and your past lives.
Each expansion could be based around each nation too!
You cant tell me this wouldnt make an amazing game!
