making this bc im losing my mind but my rent is due tomorrow and after a confusing newsletter with a bunch of rules updates to the complex and rent payments from new management, my rent for the month still hasnt been posted and i know im low, i just dont know how much. i get paid on the 1st, and i guess my rent is now permanently only posted and due on the 1st as well, giving me one day to actually know how much my rent costs for the month and pay it. im disabled, and am paid a federally capped $940 a month while my average rent cost is around $1120, and usually i go around to do various chores and odd jobs for people to try to make up the cost after the recent increase in rent and bills, but not knowing how much i need anymore has made this incredibly hard and stressful.

the complex i currently live in has gone through 4 management changes in under 2 years, and are constantly finding new fees and costs to add and increase our monthly rent around our old and decrepit units. especially with higher prices and housing costs, ive been talking with my parents about a possible housing option with them that i would need a small financial sum to physically move with, but would get me out of here to seek legal counsel safely against my current complex for some blatant tenets rights abuses, ane be overall cheaper for me for the time being. havent made an official decision on that yet, and for now i am desperately trying to keep rent/bills paid on time to avoid managements new late fees. i dont know how much it will be until tomorrow but would really appreciate any help in covering what im missing to avoid late fees and stay focused on moving out :')

management just now posted rent as my insurance autopay i completely forgot was set up also came out of my account, recent rent costs literally never makes sense at all anymore but we were revoked access to itemized billing so i have idea whats increasing, but both of these things have resulted in leaving me $120 short to pay by today. so setting out earlier today to try and earn up enough to cover w/e bullshit rent costs without late fees just being add on to my already stupid high rent. if anyone could help or spare what they could i would be really really grateful while im out doing more yard work for rent $$ :'l
