I dropped out of the hobby for a few years, only to come back and see that my favorite company, Bluefairy, now has a weird pre-order system where only a few sculpts are available a month, for a few days. I then look around the community and find the secondhand market in shambles, and recasts rampant. What on earth happened in the last three years?

No but honestly this hobby is not fun anymore, for all of the reasons stated.

Sometimes I just wanna sell all my dolls. But then i look at them and remember how much i love them.

Some how, despite all my efforts, This blog it at a crossroad between being abandoned and becoming a crafty mom blog.

Making a scrap book for my little rainbow baby. The book it self was orginally a plain white and gold framed binder but I decorated it with card stock, glitter and 3d paint. I hole punched about 50 sheets of assorted solid colored cardstock for the pages. And for the first few pages, im takinall her baby shower cards and cutting them up. I kept the little aspects of them that I like I.e trim, quotes, icons and little memos from people. I still have a few more cards to go thru but it was great to be so creative today.

My beautiful baby girl Nova Born 1/23/17 @12:33pm 4lbs 11oz She was born early and low birth weight but otherwise it was a good natural labor. I dont plan to post too much on her here but I just wanted to thank everyone who supported me with my last pregnancy. We were very careful with this pregnancy going to the doctor twice a week throughout the whole thing. Im so glad she came out ok. Anyway, for those who were curious, here she is~

I managed to compress every thing down to 4 little containers and one big tub for the bulky stuff like fleece and quilts. So here's how my desk looks now. I'm still in the middle of my fox onesie project..

Spent today organizing my fabric collection. Heres what left AFTER downsizing and sorting by length and fabric type. I think its not too much. Theres definitely more room for some new fabric now ;)

Life update, for those who were curious

I was really hesitant to post this becuse if anything went wrong I didnt want to have to write another depressing post about it. The beginning was just so rocky, what with all the flares and medicine and doctors visits.

But as my house slowly fills up with little pink socks and blankies, I can’t help but face the reality that this is really happening. My baby shower was this past weekend and i’m already 7 months. In the back of my brain it was STILL too good to be true but shes really almost here.

So, as I sat in my living room the day after the party folding onsies in ascending order from newborn to 1 years old, I was forced to see a physical representation of my future to come.

It really clicked for me that i’m actually ACTUALLY pregnant. and that means I’m creating not just a baby but a human life. One thats going to grow and play and learn and hopefully become a nice person.

I dropped the onsies and ran into our bedroom and yelled to my boyfriend “Omigawd Babe! Im pregnant!!” And he laughed and said “I know”

Every thing finally arrived!! My yeon ho came in a while ago and both of their eyes arrived shortly after but it was just the wigs i was waiting on. They'v pretty much been in their boxes since arriving so it feels like i got 2 new dolls today after seeing them all put together for the first time ^^ Reviews: The wigs and eyes are both great quality at cheaper prices. But my KDF's is alooot pinker then the picture. Its still very cute tho. And so soft and fluffy. I love my yeon-hos face up and hair color. again its red-er then advertised but still i love it so much i almost want to dye my own hair that color. QWQ Both eye are the same color as advertised but just more beautiful and glossy and deep irl. Lastly the wigs took alittle over 3 months to arrive and it wasnt until i complained for a refund that they were on my porch 2 weeks later. The eyes arrived promptly after ordering. All and all would buy again from both companies. Wigs from flower zero on etsy. Eyes from magicDIY on etsy.

Milo updates Since april his eyes changed from blue to grey to brown to now yellow. And hes gotten huuuge. Hes still afraid of maus tho so thats good
