To everyone saying they recognize the program this was made in and thinks this was an architectural software — NO IT WASN’T. This is a player wearing an orca avatar in an MMO at a public humiliation/exposure fetish place and as soon as the orca entered that place he found it was a bunch of real life photographs of old guys bending over and exposing their assholes. Great news everyone. There was a kitten wandering in the drive thru at work and my inner warrior cats kid tried to be a hero and capture him.

Here is a simple rule, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Eat many different foods. There are no “bad” foods.

It’s not good for you to diet, skip meals or avoid entire groups of foods. If you do not eat lots of different kinds of foods, you may not feel well and could make yourself sick. Skipping meals can make Youso hungry that you eat too much food when you finally do have a meal or snack.

Fat makes food taste good and helps you feel full. You may find you get hungry faster and want to eat more often if you eat mostly non-fat foods. Eating only foods labelled as “low-fat” or “non-fat” does not always mean you are eating well.

I think the poster is pretty clear but just to emphasize: “too much food” is not a matter of grams or calories or macros. “Too much food” is when you give yourself indigestion. This happens most often when you are either so hungry that you eat really fast, or when you’re mostly paying attention to something else.

I’ve seen plenty of “diet tips” that encourage eating slowly, drinking water between bites, and not eating in front of a screen, and those are mostly aimed at getting you to eat less in general – but they are useful tips if you have a tendency to get overfull.

A lot of people who’ve been through the diet wringer have a hard time distinguishing feelings of hunger and satiety because they’ve been eating in ways that aren’t right for their bodies. Diets tend to require you to ignore your hunger for a long time, either by fasting or by not eating enough to feel full, which almost always leads in the end to eating much more than you need to feel full because your body is screaming at you for sustenance. Getting back in touch with your body’s actual needs after extended dieting can be a long process.
