A Totally (Un)Helpful Guide To Dealing With Your Shit

Trauma, to say the least, is a bit of a bitch. It heavy and feels like it sucks that absolute life out of you, but unfortunately we all have to deal with it.

Although, you could always ignore it to see if that helps.

(It won't.)

I've got your back with a few life pointers though:

¤ It's not going to get any easier if you don't try

¤ Deep breathes only go so far, don't put yourself in situations you know you can't handle

¤ If the situation is unavoidable, at least lean on someone you trust, it never hurts to have friends

¤ If you ever need a tampon, literally ask any woman (or whatever, you know yourself), and I guarantee they'll be more than happy to give you one.

¤ During a panic attack it might help you to go outside for a minute, fresh air never lets you down (unless you're from the city)

¤ If you have anxiety don't drink things with a lot of caffeine, it'll make it MUCH worse

¤ Don't get discouraged when things don't go exactly your way, it might not be your day, but tomorrow will be!

¤ It's okay to be sad or angry, but don't ever let it control you

¤ Also don't throw tantrums like a piss baby, no one things you're cool or right just because you're loud. It ends up making everybody really uncomfortable.

¤ Don't get mad at people for things you can't control it only makes the situation worse.

¤ I know it can be hard, but try to be a little optimistic, sometimes it can really help to give yourself a positive outlook on a bad situation.

¤ most of these you already knew

¤ but here's one for you

¤ if you ever get too bad, just remember the good things:

¤ Ass and Titties (unless you're Asexual, in that case, ass and titties)

¤ Pizza is almost always the way to go if you're hungry

So me and my friends play this game a lot, it really doesn't have a name other than "Guess That Song!"

The way it works is a random song will play somewhere and I'll yell out:

Now keep in mind as the creator of this friendly game, I'm quite good at it. In fact, one of my nicknames is JukeBox because of it.

I'm rarely ever wrong

So I get understandably frustrated when my friends argue that I'm wrong when they strait up guess the wrong answer
