Just look at these beautiful angels.It took us a while , but we have zeroed down on our neonatal photographer. A young and energetic chap. Choosing the right software for your HMS is rather difficult.

I had a tough choice to make between eClinical works and fusion tech .When making a choice make sure that the software company is locally available and dont get scammed into spending too much for software.

Choosing the right font for the elevation depends on a lot of factors , on how you would like it to look in the morning and at night . The font also plays an important role , not too thick , not too thin . Something to consider is also the texture . Not too shiny , not too brushed . Thank God I'm not an architect .

A few more days , a little more progress ... The rooms have been completely done . The elevation is almost complete . Our staff members have all been employed .... The calm before the storm ;).

What makes something beautiful and purposeful ? It’s elegance combined with its usability .Thats why I decided on getting the furniture done , rather than buying it ready made , this way the furniture would have a feeling of continuity with the rest of the building and give us an aid in workflow ease .The picture above is still a work in progress . Delay... No project was ever complete without delays. Especially if it’s your first one . The rains were a disaster. I have never witnessed rains this ferocious in my entire life. Almost ¼th of Chennai was submerged. People were stuck at home because their first floor was flooded. No electricity for 3-4 days .It was an eye opener for us. This calamity also brought out the humanity in us. Every one helped one another, there was an overwhelming amount of help from the community. In a way I’m happy , because the rains have brought us all together .Coming back to the point, we were delayed by almost a month. So expect us in the month of Feb.

Diagnostics

Outsourcing should not be the word used , especially if the team outsourced to is are an extremely energetic group of friends . Hari and Vinod have been a good support to the IWC team and me from the very beginning . I’m glad (and proud )that this motivated them to start their first business venture within IWC . I wish them all the best .
