Looking through the concept art for MGS 4, and I found these portraits for Crying Wolf:

I'll be honest, having the robotic wolf exoskeleton be a kind of Darth Vader suit encasing her now-skinless body would be metal as fuck, and would also explain why exactly she cries so much in battle (I mean, just LOOK AT HER).

Also, I kinda prefer the concept art version of Laughing Octopus to what we got in the game.

Something about the more defined musculature and the those strands of long hair coming out from the mask just gives off a more intimidating presence and overall personality, I feel.
