【𐂃】 HIS FRANTIC LIPS CEASED. abruptly hushed by their single long talon. helplessly pivoting his head up to lock gaze with. every day he had a slight fear of being taken out by their feathery kind. an imp was no match for Overlords, let alone the Goetic prince. Granted, the two have developed a connection through their full moon gatherings. however, there still wasn't moments he didn't worry they would break the contract when Stolas had his fun.

yet... despite his innermost insecurities — he chose to rely on them. Regaining his smile after taking a few breathes to ease his tense body.

❝ Thanks for the cryptid reassurance. ❞ he briefly rolled his eyes, lightly poking their beak with his tail to pause them from leaning too close. ❝ you? an imp? Naaah, you're too fuckin' proud of your fancy feathers. I doubt you've tried livin' the peasant life. ❞

Stolas allowed Blitz to stop him for now. He pulled back, almost like a bird of prey after sizing up a would be target before losing interest and then turning attention elsewhere. In this case to a small agenda book. So small to it was handheld. He flipped through it as Blitz expressed his skepticism in Stolas using an imp disguise.

With a giggle, Stolas tilted his head, almost doing the owlish full clockwise spin, "Oh, you think so? That vanity would prevent me? Hm, maybe you're right." he shrugged. "Still... who's to say it wouldn't prevent all goetia from that..." his smile stretched. "Who among your allies, your friends...your partners...might very well be...a goetia?"

Nevertheless, before he could ponder more over it... the following cryptid retort compelled the imp to straighten his posture. sitting up, eye-wide && gulping down his nerves. forgetting this type of thing excites the bird.

❝ Ah, no? I'm sure he turned t' some overgrown demon chicken — I don't know... i really don't look into it after the job is done. The whole vengeance thing usually works in everyone's favor. ❞ he spoke rapidly, squeaking a little upon his tail being yanked. ❝ w-well, aren't you all powerful n' shit? you can shapeshift into an imp! I'm sure your fancy book has a spell for it. ❞

Stolas giggled. He did not press himself on Blitz or insist on anything right now. He was aware that the imp knew if he wanted to keep the grimoire he would hold up his end of the bargain, so what need was their for vulgar displays of power like that outside of their torrid trysts? But ruffling Blitz's metaphorical feathers was so easy.

Putting a finger Blitz's muzzle lightly, his eyes heavy-hooded. "...relax. It isn't as if I'm going to look into these cases, you know?" he leaned back. "...but after Andrealphus and Stella's little display, it should be apparent that there are those who will try."

He leaned in. "And you make it sound as if I've never tried such a thing before."

Why tell Blitz everything? It would only make him panic. It was much more pleasant when he had his job to concentrate on and his little co-workers to manage. Let him think he had things under control.

It's Charlie's birthday, but it's also Christi's, Mags, Adams and Apocalypticas as well so she's decorated the new Hotel lobby so it looked like a toy store had exploded. "What do you think?!" Charlie beamed at Fausto.

Fausto had been looking the hotel over. He bright colors almost overstimulated him as it was. Then one of the twins started to cry so he lifted Mags from the stroller and held him only to have Charlie appear out of apparent thin air to greet him.

Her resemblence to her late sister was just enough to bring all the colors in the hotel finally crashing forward in his his vision until that vision became 'noise' in his thoughts.

"-the pillsbury fuck-!" Ice had formed at his hooves but luckily no harm to either impling.

Christi's feathered wings spread and she made grabby hands for Charlie.

"It's a choice," Fausto smiled at Charlie. "Colorful." he cleared his throat and went for LESS words this time, so as not to offend.

"Hmm, yesss. Booze is a beverage. The only drink that isn't would be water." he gave a sneaky smile, booping Blitz's nose.

But he was listening to the imp's story, and he looked upward at Blitz's description, as if recalling something. Perhaps the name rang a bell. Good chicken? The reason for a murder. That sounded like code for something. Then Blitz described the sinner arriving in Hell looking the way she had upon death. While not unheard of, it did pique his interest.

"Oh my...a sinner punished in death with the cause of their death. I'm wondering if you killed the right person, Blitzy." he giggled, letting his voice drop an octave. "I wonder how the colonel's soul looks right now." eyes glowing. He gave Blitz's tail a teasing tug. "Such a morbid line of work you're in. If I were an imp, I'd love that as a career."

Despite Striker's behavior as the biggest and scariest imp around, he had a different relationship with people he respected, especially when they were alone and could be as intimate as this. His confidence rising as he'd go back to holding onto Sonny, claws giving little scritches here and there before they landed on their thighs. Planning and objectives got him grounded enough to better enjoy and return the attention given.

"Sounds like a plan, boss." He huffed, deciding to show some affection back by pressing his nose against theirs, then trailing it down to their neck, giving a soft nip. "... I think I might bite and clamp down to keep you close, not that I know how I'll react, but it's the first thing that comes to mind." His tail squeezed back, relenting before squeezing harder, taking the meeker position in this dance.

"Just send the time when I need to be there with the ingredients. I think we might make a memorable meal together."

Sonny was pleased to see Striker reacting positively to his advances, and when given an objective. He saw that it seemed the other imp liked having a list and some form of to-do or plan even in something as simple as a date and he would keep that in mind if things went well.

"Heh, yeah...A meal." he put his arms around his shoulders and looked into his eyes. "Bet we will. Bet you'll enjoy your stromboli too." he scratched his chin playfully and eased into a kiss.

He could do that while his tail uncoiled. It was tapping his own phone on the counter closer to himself so that when he was done with the leisure make-out session he'd be able to text the ingredients to Striker.
