it's not the fact that Max was lauded after walking off the podium celebrations in Saudi, it's the fact that Lewis can't even think of doing anything like that.

it's not the fact that some drivers can make snarky, sarcastic comments about the fia or the race and it be taken as a hilarious joke. it's the fact that Lewis will be dragged through the mud if he even let's something accidentally slip.

it's not the fact that other drivers get booed too, it's the fact that along with the boos, Lewis is met with racist abuse, hate and vitriol.

it's not the fact that the bare minimum is expected from most of the other drivers, it's the fact that Lewis is supposed to have the solution to all of the world's problems.

it's not the fact that other drivers, off the track, aren't scrutinised for their lifestyles and are seen as "lads having fun", it's the fact that for the longest time, Lewis had to be vary of his every move as the media and ppl from HIS sport scrutinised every part of his lifestyle.

it's not the fact that records are meant to be broken but rather the fact that they apparently aren't when it's Lewis who's breaking them.

it's not the fact that some who have won the championship once are deemed to be part of the all time greats but the fact that a seven time world champion needs to keep proving himself.

it's not the fact that a champion requires both talent and a great car but the fact that it's only the car when it comes to Lewis.

it's not completely on the other drivers and teams but the media as well. the piss poor job done by mainstream sports media, pundits and commentators in calling out the racist rhetoric and bias, along with their lowly representation of Lewis to grab the headlines, through the years, is what has lead us here.
