A woman's company sounds nice tonight.
I'm sick of being tired.

“No if you want a cool job, try mine. Space adventurer,” pushing her tongue threw her teeth a little with a wink and a smile, before you she shook her head, “Ace is a good name. Alice is very plain. And you are too charming,” as she poked him light in the chest with a smile, “Only a charming fellow would talk to a drunk girl dressed like myself.”
“It’s good to be your own person. I’ve met many copies of others and it’s never fun. I always like seeing the ones who are true to themselves and different.”
Oh, yes she was defiantly drunk. “That sounds wonderful.” What was he suppose to do with her? Leave her here? Take her back to her place, if she couldn’t even remember where she lived, or take her back to his apartment so she could get a good night’s rest before waking up with a hangover from hell.
“I would agree, but Alice. Do you need a place to stay tonight?”
“You think I’m mad,” she laughed, shaking her head, “Everyone always thinks I’m mad,” shaking her head and blowing air through her lis, pushing back her hair.
“I feel like I’ve used that line before,” she chuckled after he asked if she needed a place to stay, “I was going to curl up in the cockpit but if you’re offering I’m sure you have a very pleasant couch,” it was always good to assume one was sleeping on the couch.
"My couch is descent, but I have a nice guest room in my home. I think you might like that better." Basil smiled. It seemed everything was charming about him, despite how he wasn't even trying to be charming. He was just a very charming fellow.
"Now come on. Let's get you in a bed."
ooc: okay so i'm going to sleep.

“Well, he can bite me then,” she laughed, shaking her head with a mock frown, “Halloween is a beautiful day. For dressing up and ghosts. Goblins. All the things that go boo and you’re not supposed to believe in when you grow up,” Alice grinned brightly, “Handle’s Alice Rimmer. Or Ace if you like. And yourself?”
“Just something he doesn’t understand. He find it to be foolish to pretend to be someone else for a few hours.” He hoped he wouldn’t have to explain his complicated brother to her. She was drunk anyways so it wasn’t like as if she would remember it.
Ah a name. “Alice is beautiful. Basil. Strange name yes?”
“I’ve known many people like that. They don’t understand wanting to be another person. To each their own I guess,” being easily deterred in her mildly drunk state. Shaking her head as he told her Alice was beautiful.
“No. It’s very plain. But Basil is interesting. I’ve known a few. One’s an astrophysicist. I did a lot of work with him. He was rather charming as well,” giving a wink, referring to the idea she still considered him to be charming.
"Oh, Cillian sure is his own person. That's for sure." He smiled at her and chuckled. Ah, it normally didn't talk about Cillian. Not many people cared about him. It made him slightly happy to get to talk about his brother. "Alice is too a beautiful name and I am not charming just because of my accent. At least that sounds like a cool job. I'm just a bloody lawyer."

“Why hello there lovely lady.”
“Hello there yourself, charming fellow.”
“Ohahah. I wouldn’t say charming. It must be my accent. Basil. Basil Hensick and you seem to be a bit… tipsy.”
“It’s true. It is much more proper than my own,” grinning widely, “And yes. Yes I am. I’ve been visiting some pretty interesting costume parties.”
"Ah today was my day off so I spent it catching up on sleep and I handed candy out to the little ones in the later day. It was quite fun. My brother doesn't understand Halloween though. Doesn't surprise me." Basil shrugged his shoulders and sighed a bit. His brother was one hell of a person. He loved him though. "So, what may I call you lady who's too tipsy to be out?"

True, I suppose.
It’s nice to see ya’, again.
The job keeps me very very busy.
That I can relate to. Off, for once?
Ah yes. It feels so nice to just sleep.
Bene, bene. You want any coffee or tea?
Tea with a little honey sounds wonderful for these aching bones.
Sounds good. It’ll be ready in’a few. Take a seat if you want.
Alright, sweetheart. I'll see you when you get here.
True, I suppose.
It’s nice to see ya’, again.

Obnoxious kids.
Well, tonight is borin’.
They weren’t that bad.
Not the ones who just plowed through the streets. Christ.
Ah well yes, the youngsters are the best part of it.
True. Except the snot-nose brats who like to steal candy from others. It’s quite rude an’ yet the parents think its funny.
Very True. I don't care much for them. I just enjoy seeing the little ones. They enjoy it the most.
