A master at complicating my life by jumping from an Assassin's Creed chapter to a wacky theory about Ratchet & Clank.
I spend my days studying the ecology of Monster Hunter instead of finishing my projects. If I don't respond, I'm probably lost on the Grand Line or eaten by a Rathalos. Send help (or coffee).
🚩 Warning: I could make you talk about lore for hours.

Beyond the Grand Line, one of the world's greatest explorers unearthed something that should never have been found and could have thrown the world into chaos if it had fallen into the wrong hands. However, it seems that he himself went back to erase every trace of his journey, including the way to get there and the location of the treasure itself. Some 20 years later, a pirate with a mysterious past known as "The Devil of the Seas" and his extravagant crew are on the trail of the man and the clues he allegedly left behind before mysteriously vanishing into thin air. What is their purpose? What role does the World Government play with all this? And why are the Celestial Dragons so afraid of it?

I am here to answer for the crimes committed by those who desecrate values such as justice and humanity... and what I know is that those out there who proclaim themselves saviors and heroes do not deserve to bear such titles, and I will be ready to prove it... Снежинки, the Assassin's Creed one-shot, is officially out.
Synopsis:
People say that every snowflake is unique.
Yet they all fall together, merging into a silent white blanket.
Like them, we are invisible—a legion of snowflakes drifting in the Moscow wind.
Our uniqueness is lost in the shadows, but it is in those shadows that the real battle for Russia’s future is being fought.
1881: Moscow is on the brink of collapse. The Empire is bleeding. And amid the chaos, an Assassin with a troubled past is sent on a mission that will test his resolve, navigating a world where nothing is true and everything is permitted.
Snippet from chapter:
I've always loved the snow. There's a moment, when the cold really bites, when Moscow finally seems to give in and slow down, as if the heart of Russia had decided to beat a little slower so as not to be heard.
My mother used to say that snow is the only way God has to silence the clamour of human sins. I wonder if she still believed that when, because of those very sins, they took her away from me.

An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works
This is a one-shot born from my obsession with Russian history and the AC lore. I'm using this story to test the waters for a future longfic—so if you enjoy Dmitrij’s journey, please let me know with a comment or a likes! Your feedback will decide if the snow keeps falling. 🦅✨
In addition, this will be part of a project called “Epopee of the Falcon,” a series of stories—all set in the Assassin's Creed universe—that take place in various historical periods (Arthurian Britain; the Mexican Revolution; Mughal India; the Cold War; the Roman Empire, etc.) featuring different protagonists with unique backgrounds, whose names all mean “falcon”—a figure representing vigilance, resistance, and the unseen forces shaping history during moments of ideological transition.
I'm looking for partners and beta readers who are passionate about history and Assassin's Creed and would like to collaborate on this project.

I wanted to let you know that I’m officially working on a new project set in the Ratchet & Clank universe. It’s a series I’ve always loved, and I’ve finally decided to bring this idea that’s been swirling around in my head to life.
But don’t expect the typical humor of our beloved duo.
No, it’ll be a slightly darker and more bitter story.
That’s right, because not all Lombaxes were lucky enough to end up in a welcoming dimension. Some were left behind, chewing on sand and anger amid the ruins of a galaxy that rewards only violence.
Elena finally has the scoop of a lifetime in her hands and the chance to truly shed light on the truths that Monarch is still keeping hidden, even after G-Day.
She has the right source, juicy information, and a whole night to steal it. She’s shrewd, ambitious, and convinced she’s in control.
But in the world she lives in, danger isn’t always taller than a skyscraper or lurking underground. Sometimes it’s that handsome guy whispering in your ear in the darkness of a hotel room.
That night of passion is about to turn into a nightmare.
I'm working on a gritty project set in the monsterverse… More details coming soon.
BEHIND THE SCENES… 📁
I wanted to let you know that I’ve started a Patreon—a place where I collect everything I don’t include in my stories.
It’s where I share rough drafts, unpublished excerpts, and sneak peeks at everything I’m currently writing. It’s a way for you to get a glimpse into my creative process and support my worlds—both the ones that already exist and the ones yet to come.
If you like my style or want to treat me to a nice apple pie to keep my brain cells firing, feel free to stop by and take a look.
Writer culture is looking away from the screen when writing smut because you’re kind of embarassed by the things you’re writing… but you’re not going to stop
Sorry, the tagging system on desktop sucks so I can’t tag it as smut
Do it for the art kid in you. Do it for that teenger who went to sleep sobbing. Make art. Make art. Make art. And I promise it doesn't matter. Whatever troubles you. Whether it is making a living out of your art or hoping people would discover it. It doesn't matter. Make art. Please, make art. Please, don't give up, for God's sake. For every artist, there is an idea. Do not let your ideas decease. Pretend all the artists of the other centuries are standing over your head, watching you and watching out for you. And trust. Trust. Trust. Trust in yourself, your hands, and your brain. Trust and make art.
There is nothing more powerful than being a writer and realizing you are the god of the world you created.
You decide the fate of each character you create. You can let them live peaceful lives… or you can let them suffer. (Or maybe a little bit of both.) It gives you control in a world that seems to take that from you relentlessly. It is a safe place to run to when the going gets heavy.
As Uncle Ben taught us though, great power comes with great responsibility. Which sometimes means sobbing for your characters as you write their deaths… or maybe cackling maniacally when you get a new idea for torturing them. 🤷 To each their own, ig.
I do enjoy being a god for my characters and for carrying them, for giving them joy and grief so they may know what it means to live, even if they do not breathe the air I do.
(Pretty sure they would hate me for making them hurt tho-)
1. Being able to search through history/marked for later, with the filtering system (instead of having to go through every page of history/marked for later in order to find what you’re looking for)
2. Being able to see which fics you’ve kudosed
3. See word counts for each chapter
4. Be able to sort bookmarks with the same filters as the filtering system (as in: creator, title, hits, kudos, comments, bookmarks)
more ideas from my reblogs
1. Being able to filter a ship by "main" or "side", instead of getting fics with it mainly as a side ship (especially good for rare-pairs)
2. Clarifying further (on the kudos one): only you can see which fics you've kudosed
3. Being able to see comment history (your own, not anybody else's)
4. A requirement of series fics to specify whether they are continuous (they all follow the same plot line, as if they were chapters in a long-fic) or just related in some way (by fandom or ship or main character, etc)
5. Bookmarks folders (you can add certain bookmarks to a folder, to view only those specific ones. Also, you can stilli search through all bookmarks and those in folders will show up)
6. Being able to filter your subscribed fics
7. Being able to save a set of tags that you always want included, or save a set of tags that you always want excluded, so you can just quickly add them in instead of manually typing them all out every time
8. Be able to schedule chapter releases to post automatically on a work
9. Being able to block specific works (it won't block the author, and would be able to work on anonymous w too)
10. Being able to filter subscriptions
I'd just like to add, that none of my suggestions (including the ones other people mentioned) are in any way trying to turn ao3 into a social media site, since some people think that's what l'm trying to do. These are just ideas I and other people have come up with, that we think are ways to improve certain aspects of ao3. And once again, these are just suggestions, not a demand. Would it be cool to see these implemented? Yeah, but I'm not going to beg on my knees for this, because some of these might not be doable.
I don't run ao3, I'm not a person who works on improving the site, I'm just a fan without any control over it (I know ao3 is also run by fans, but l'm saying I'm not in charge of the site in the way the creators are).
So please, stop getting mad at me for a simple post.
writing fanfics has made me go out of my way to learn things and do deep research in ways no colleges, exams, jobs or other projects ever could. yes, it’s a hobby. but it’s also my love and passion. next time you say “fanfics are an unserious activity for kids”, I will actually bite you. no ma’am, while kids certainly can enjoy writing fanfics, it’s sleep-deprived adults — with jobs and responsibilities, bills to pay, kids to raise, animals to take care of, battles to fight — who have built the fanfic community and always been the backbone of it since day one.
[SYSTEM_LOG]: I tried to open the latest file I received from an anonymous source (or perhaps it’s just what’s left of the Commission’s files after someone went through them).
As you can see, transparency is definitely not the order of the day at the HSPC 📂❌
What we know is that things are about to heat up even more in Japan🔥🔥🔥
However, among the names that have come up during my thorough investigation are those of a rather zealous homicide detective and a special agent with a truly twisted sense of humor.
