THE REASON WHY YOU'RE STILL STUCK IN LIFE AND NOT ABLE TO CHANGE.
We are unhappyânot because we were born unlucky or into painful circumstances, and not even because we ended up in bad situations. We are unhappy because, somewhere deep inside, we are choosing to be.
That might sound harsh, but itâs the truth. And itâs important to say it out loud.
Sometimes, being unhappy feels⊠comfortable. Familiar. When youâre used to pain, chaos, or sadness, your mind starts to see that as ânormal.â And the normal even when it hurts is easier to accept than the unknown. You are not stuck. You are just too familiar with your current life. And familiarity isnât freedom.
Lifestyle is how one sees the world and oneself. You might look at other people and think, âI wish I had their life.â You might admire how lucky, or happy they seem. But the truth isâitâs not about their luck or their circumstances. Itâs about what youâre choosing are you choosing the same life you had up till now or are you choosing to build a new lifestyle. You Can Choose all over again.
Lifestyle is not something you're born with. Itâs something you chooseâevery single day. And because it's a choice, that means you can choose it again. You can choose something better.
If you donât like your current lifestyle, change it. You have the power to do that. Nobody is stopping you except you.
And if you arenât changing something that means you are simply choosing that thing. You are just blaming your circumstances and other ppl for your unhappiness and bad lifestyle because it is easy to blame others rather than actually taking action and change your life.
People can change whenever they want to change. The real reason most people donât change is simple: theyâre afraid. They lack courage.
Deep down, you may already know what you need to do. You know you need to take a stand. You know you need to change something in your life. even when You can take the actions which is in your control. But youâre not doing it. Why?
Because of a psychological state which is called helplessness.
It happens when youâve been exposed repetitively to negative situations, things you couldnât control, outcomes that hurt youâand now, your brain just assumes it will always be like that. So, your brain tries to protect you from the disappointment. This is not your laziness or your weakness. your brain starts thinking, like ''no matter what I do Itâs not going to work out, so why should I try it again? So donât try so I wonât be disappointed again.'' This is exactly what happens when you feel like you can change the situation, but you donât take the actions.
But that is exactly the moment when you need to stop and say: âWait. Whose voice is that in my head? Is that really my truth?â
Break the Pattern. The only way out is to break the pattern. And no one is going to do that for you.
Let me be honest with youâno one is coming to save you. Itâs your life. Not theirs.
People say they care. They say things like, âCall me if you need anything,â or âIâm just one message away.â And sometimes they mean it. But most of the time? When the moment comes and youâre truly in need⊠theyâre not there. And that hurts. But itâs the truth.
So donât wait for someone to come fix your life and your mess and heal you or help you. Itâs not their responsibility. Itâs yours. They won't help you instead of helping they'll break you even after knowing you need them.
If therapy is available to you, go. If itâs not, read self-development books, Watch self-development videos. Pray and Talk to God. Journal. Sit with your thoughts. Do whatever helps you move forward.
Start Small, take one step today, take one step at one time and day by day you will see a big difference but when you feel that you have the power to change things and you can right now, then change it. Donât listen to your brain when it says that no matter what I do, I will be disappointed at the end of the day. No, you wonât be .take the action and then see, itâs not what you think, itâs all in your head, you can change it, and the outcome will be different this time. And see one thing is, if you constantly think about a negative outcome negative things, everything will be negative. Nothing will be changed. But if you believe that it will be good then it will be. It might not exactly how you imagine, but the outcome will be exactly what you expect. What you think, you become. What you focus on, you feel. What you believe in, you attract.
You have to heal yourself nobody will do that for you. DON'T WAIT JUST START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW, EVEN IT'S SMALL BUT YOU MUST START.
