could I please get some help?

I am 23 years old, autistic, and working exhausting hours trying to escape a toxic household.  I’m having a very difficult time affording the medical/mental care that I need to sustain myself.

I’ve had more breakdowns in the past 2-3 months than I have the rest of my life, and ended up breaking a 6-year chain of refraining from self-harm (including bruising and cutting myself).  I go several times a week contemplating suicide, refusing hospitalization as that will only make financial matters worse.
