This is a permanent starter call. Basically this is me reassuring myself of people who want to role play with me, if you don’t mind me flooding your inbox with memes or just random things Rick feels like saying or even tagging you in a random starter then you’ll turn the heart red.

As someone who suffers from severe social anxiety, chances are if I’m following you I want to interact with you but I’m so sure you are annoyed by me or feel like you’re being nice to me so you don’t hurt my feelings. It is very hard for me to understand that maybe people actually like me; even writing that out I feel stupid. So, if you’re interested please like this post because it will really put me at easy, this is something I struggle with even with people I speak with regularly; chances are if I suddenly stopped messaging you it’s because of this reason.

The last thing I want to do is bother someone, and I feel so inadequate - if you struggle with this as well please let me know because we can work on it together.

She breathes out steadily as she leans her head against his chest, her arms coming up to wrap around him as she tries to keep the tears at bay. She was happy with Rick - despite everything that was happening with the world and she knew once she’d come to terms with things she’d be happy for the baby just not right now. “Okay” she breathes “I’m holding you to that promise” she says pouting a little bit as she brings one of her hands down to rest it over her stomach.

Rick smiled a little as he kissed her forehead gently then tilted her head to press her lips against his, “We’ll make it work, hold me to it,” he told her gently with a sigh as he brought her into his arms and buried his face into her hair. He wasn’t sure what they were going to do, Maggie was pregnant and now Maisie - he knew the others would poke at him about it but be generally happy that he’d moved on. His only concern was for the baby, and maybe how Carl would react to there being another sibling in his life.

She listens to him before resting her head against his chest. She was still shaking and everything felt like it was caving in around her but here he was strong and firm as he always was. A calming voice in the darkness. “Ya know i trust you” she murmurs bringing her hands up and around him in a hug. “I just didn’ think I’d ever be a mom. not after what my dad did”. She shivers then as her eyes light on her scarred arms but she looks away not wanting to think over that right now. She needed to be strong and keep those demons locked away.

Rick nodded then listened to her, he could understand her concerns - honestly he be surprised if that wasn’t on her mind but he knew she’d be a great mother. “I know, and I know you’re going to be a great mother despite everything that happened to you; it’ll have both of us to love it and teach it,” he told her gently. He could never hate any of his children for something that was out of their hands, something that was no fault of their own or before they were even self aware.  “Everything will be fine, you’ll see,”

She had to give him props he knew just the words to say to help ease the tension. and in any other situation she would have appreciated it but right now her mind was whirlling and she honestly didn’t know what direction up was. Shaking her head she looks down at her still shaking hands. “How can ya promise that?” she asks gently “How can ya say that when we don’t even know what’s going to happen tomorrow?”. She wasn’t trying to be whiny she just couldn’t wrap her head around what was happening.

“I felt the same way when Lori told me about Judith, but look at her - she’s thriving, we’ve made it through bad situations with her, and she’s fine,” he said to her lightly as he walked over to her putting his hands on her arms and rubbing them lightly then sighed. 

Rick didn’t want to lie to her, because he knew this would be tough - anything could happen, “We’ll make it work, we always have, and we always will,” he told her gently as he kissed the top of her head gently then sighed a little. “You just have to trust me... you trust me, right?”

Rick stared at Maisie, he couldn’t believe it. They had been so careful, he’d even gone out purposefully to find condoms and came back with enough for everyone to use; and still this had happened. With Judith on his mind he didn’t know what to say or do, so he looked at her before speaking. He wanted to think before he spoke not wanting to make her any more scared than she probably was, “We’ll be fine... we’re safe here,” he said to her gently as he looked up at her, wanting to do nothing but reassure her - they had gotten Judith this far. Sure it had been had but they had made it. After everything they had been through his family was still mostly alive, and thats more than most could say.

He loved how she looked at him, and he couldn’t deny the feelings welling up in his chest as he gazed down at the beautiful woman beneath him. He pressed his mouth against hers and bit her bottom lip gently, “I love you,” he murmured to her softly as he began to move inside of her, his thrusts slow and long taking his time as he showed her that he really meant his words.
