Yeah, I have no idea why saying that Queen has responsibility in Spamton is almost taboo. Everyone agrees that King and Tenna were abusive and have a responsibility to their people, everyone agrees that Carol has a responsibility to Susie too. So I don't know why Queen would somehow be the exception. Especially when Carol and Queen are big parallels to each other.
The most I can think of as to why Swatch is mentioned more often is because we see him commenting on and doing things related to Spamton (Spamton mentions him, Swatch resells Spamton's tie without credit for double the price (I thought a darker character from a drawing program would have more ethics about that, oh well), there are more mentions of the Swatchlings regarding Spamton, but Queen has none)

He was asking for help the whole time in ch2. In ch3, Tenna basically said he'd even accept help from the "mailman," literally saying he was the last person he wanted help from (but he was the first to want to help him (and the only person he already knew) btw!!!). Tenna didn't even mention him by name or anything, just the fact that he wanted Spamton's help was enough for him to show up.
It's the people from the mansion who deleted all of Spamton's files, they're the ones who don't mention Spamton's name, it's the Addisons who refuse to talk about Spamton if we try to talk to them before the NEO fight.
Meanwhile, we have Spamton trying to reconnect with Tenna, asking Kris for help and saying that he used to scream his friends' names until he lost his voice in the trash. In the NEO fight, he changes the setting to "heaven" when he mentions friendship and says he will live for himself and his friends.
I always get so frustrated about how the fandom ignores the fact that Spamton decided to help Fun Gang. He could very well not help and live in Castle Town just like all the other darkners. He's helping Fun Gang much more than all the others who are treating Castle Town like a resort lol
The interpretation that Spamton doesn't accept help is always followed by interpretations that ignore that Swatch is a violent classist (not just towards Spamton) and a bootlicker, the Addisons are ableist and steal Spamton's ideas because they have terrible products, Tenna isn't an abusive boss, and Queen wasn't a dictator. It's ignoring all the flaws of the other characters to place them on Spamton (who proves to be the opposite) and vilifying him because they can't consider that the homeless disabled person could be the victim.
Even if Spamton wasn't accepting help from the government... that's not how it works! xD They shouldn't give up on Spamton and avoid talking about it as a taboo subject. It's still their responsibility.
