When are we genuinely going to start appreciating black people?
I’m not talking about the lightskin ones either I mean the BLACK people, our darkskin friends who are constantly being bashed and targeted in and out of our community. When are we going to give them the love and appreciation they deserve? I’m tired of seeing the same darkskin girls and boys being propped up into the spotlight because they’re just a darker version of common (european) beauty standards. While the rest of them are being made fun of and bashed on a daily for not fitting these standards.
Allow yourself to be a beginner. No one starts off being excellent.
Think before you act, but listen to your heart before you think.

Foods to eat for better skin 🍒🍑🍓🍍🍉
• Fruits, fruits and fruits
Fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals and everything that makes skin glow. There is 120% vitamin C of your daily needs in one kiwi, apple contains malic acid that promotes firm, youthful skin, avocado promotes cell regeneration and growth, banana moisturizes your skin from the inside and lemon naturally brightens and tightens skin. Other fruits like pineapple, pomegranate, papaya and strawberries help as well.
• Bright colored vegetables
Yellow and orange vegetables are great for anti-aging, purple and green vegetables are amazing anti-oxidants and reds play an important role in protection against sun damage. Just make sure that your salad has as many different colors as possible.
• Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate boosts blood circulation and helps get rid of skin roughness, leaving your skin soft and smooth.
• Fish
Many different kinds of fish, like sardines, are anti-inflammatory and inflammation is now known as the root cause of acne.
• Green tea
It improves skin complexion, fights aging signs, treats acne and blemishes and reduces puffy eyes and dark circles. It’s a true miracle for skin if consumed daily.
• Chickpeas
Chickpeas helps reduce both painful inflamed pimples and red spots.
Nobody knows what you feel inside unless you tell them.
