Jacobo has moved to Chicago from Milwaukee determined to hit all his goals and we must say he is doing an amazing job at it! Jacobo has been handling all of our hr, pr, and training since he’s moved to Chicago. InStile is so excited to see how Jacobo will be growing!!!

Precious enjoys helping others develop their leadership qualities and uses this drive to help reach her goals on a daily basis. She has been an example of prime leadership and encourages others to keep their drive. Precious lives by the quote "don't stop believing & you will go far. Chelsey regularly goes above and beyond to complete her responsibilities while also helping to motivate those around her. She has a phenomenal work ethic and is always working to be 1% better each and every day. She always maintains a positive attitude and a high sense of professionalism, which is helping her grow rapidly here at InStile Acquisitions. We would like to congratulate her once again on being voted leader of the week, and we are very excited to see what she accomplishes in the future!

This week Leader of the week is Cameron Mattes, who was voted by his peers. Cameron expresses exceptional leadership skills by motivating those around him. He always has an impeccably positive attitude which rubs off on everyone around him. He has an outstanding sense of professionalism that has carried him to be leader of the week. He frequently can be caught saying “A positive attitude and a strong work ethic can get anything accomplished”. Congrats to Cameron!
