Mom and I concluded that Snape's Patronus is a doe because his love for Lily was not romantic.

Like, most people see a Doe and a Stag together and asume they're a couple. Not friends, not siblings. Instantly a couple.

But they'd see two Does together and assume they're sisters or friends.

Doesn't matter if "not romantic" means "platonic" or "secret third thing".

Small AU/Alt universe where Sev got partially raised by vampire where he learned the unsupported flight (which looks like a bat, linking to vampirism) and made the summer break partially more bearable. This vampire wasn’t affectionate or warm. He was cold and power hungry due to his nature and massacred Sevs family in cold blood so he could then drink all their blood. Realized that there was also a child there, and decided to spare him instead and take advantage of this child’s intellect for his own gain.

Yeah….this is kinda cringe lol but I kinda like the idea of Sev meeting a vampire at some point especially with the whole black robes he wears, the unsupported flight which looks like a bat giving vampire vibes which could be influenced by the fact that he may have been partially raised by one.
