“thank you for the compliment,” but when you’ve seen your mother disregarding that skill and reducing you to nothing, things get different. nevertheless, gabriel smiled, “ok, the kit is on my car, so if your shift is over, we can get there. i don’t need much light to fix it.” he smiled, waiting for an answer regarding the shift. “as for the restaurant, what is your preference? italian? chinese? japanese?” he asked placing his hands behind his back, not in a surrendering position butn ot adopting a defensive one either.

raleigh was nothing if not eager and that was shown in how he pressed closer, fingers tightening in the material of gabriel’s shirt. he even went as far as to raising himself onto his toes in order to further deepen the kiss.

gabriel returned the kiss with the same level of passion. of need. melting into his lips. hands wandered down his frame to his hips and south after lifting him up embracing the low of his bottom. carrying him up against the nearest wall.

everything would have been paid for him? this was started to sound more like a dream than anything else, but he knew who he was. he wasn’t rosalie. he didn’t crave a human life anymore, he didn’t know how to be human. maybe sitting through a dinner wouldn’t have been too bad, he could have kept up appearances for one night. after the process he was able to clearly hear the change in gabriel’s pocket watch and his own watch. he didn’t even need both of them pressed to his ear. then when they were both away, he could see that they weren’t in sync. “you have a true gift, but i’m sure you knew that already.” he nodded slightly once he felt it was okay to break the silence. this whole interaction just left him with more questions, but not about his watch. they were all about gabriel and how he was able to pick those extremely distinct sounds apart. “you’re going to have to show me how to do that over dinner if it’s something anyone could do.” maybe it was just a family legacy.

“anyone who’s lived one of these watches can do it, it’s not a gift.” gabriel pointed, crossing his arms. he looked at jasper and put the watch back on his wrist, “gifts i have many others,” he admitted, “however it’s not the same. but sure, we can talk about anything you want during dinner, now, if you want that fixed, i need something to use from my car, so...i can quickly do so before taking you for dinner, be it at a restaurant as i suggested, or my own place. what do you say?” he asked, smiling his way as he crossed his arms closed to him, having taken a really close step near him. without fear, albeit full of doubt.

the last puzzle that needed time to be solved in his life was bella. it had been years since everything about that settled and he didn’t have a challenge in his life again. not until gabriel walked into his library and everything started to change, hopefully for the better. “nice to see that someone continued their family legacy by the way.” jasper said while moving to the back of the desk, people no longer focusing on them. that was what he tried to do as a human when he went off to war, following in his father’s footsteps. “you’re going to have to tell me what i can do to repay you after all of this.” a hint of a smile washed over his features as he felt the vibration of his phone in his pocket.

“a nice meal in a restaurant paid by me would work wonders.” gabriel pointed, accompanying him. then he took his wrist close to jasper’s ear,holding a pocket watch close enough to it. “ok, now once i shut up, you should hear the tic tac of the needles moving. seconds. minute.” he stopped,and lt him hear, holding it on for at least two tics of the minute one.then, he came in close, so his own ear was close to it, and shook the watch with a minimal force. nothing was heard, other than a minimal sound of vibrations within the metal pieces at the lack of air motioning.”this is a good functioning one.” he pointed, putting it on his pocket and taking jasper’s off of his wrist,again. “now listen to yours.” he pointed, his wrist resting against his cold shoulder. the tics were good, but the tocs echoed slightly moving off of the second. and then, after the same amount of time, he shook it, something moving inside, barely noticeable, but clearly different from the other.

Heroes was so mistaken with Claire’s power all the time. No.The head is not a weakness. The brain damage is not a weakness.  IT’scalled rapid cellular regeneration for a reason. One cell left is enough for the body to recover and reform. As long as one little piece of Claire was left, whatever cells were scatter would come together, and thus Claire is immortal. So is Adam. So was Peter when still having her power. The limitation is having the power blocked or nullified. But it’s literally a form of immortality which is why Gabriel (mine at least) can survive. In fact, I’d say that Clair could grant herself immortality as long as a piece of her brain was kept safe elsewhere. when in the new series her baby son steals the power from her, it would be as easy as opening her skull once its out and letting the brain piece rejoin and reenact the stolen power. 

And this is all based on naming. If you wanted to do that, you should’ve called it accelerated regenerative factor, Heroes writers.

suddenly, jasper felt more on edge and alert than he ever had in the library. normally it was a quiet place and there wasn’t really a threat going up and down the different aisles. yet there was something about gabriel that was… different. he could tell that the man was special, but not exactly in the way that jasper was. this was going to be another puzzle he couldn’t solve and it was going to drive him insane. “excuse me being direct, but can a simple watch maker tell when a spring is loosened without opening it up?” he had to know, the curiosity was eating him up alive. “well no wonder you come here all of the time.” the vampire nodded slightly. “i always have it silenced, you’re fine.”

it was hard to read jasper. there was a clear sigh of inhumanity in him. after all... there was no heart beat. but he was not one to ignore his curiosity, not to ignore the attraction that  unknowing gave him. so gabriel looked at the watch and put his own on the desk. “come around the desk, i’ll show you.” he  didn’t need super hearing before to catch the unticking of a watch. the mising pieces or the loosened ones. with it, it was simpler, easier, but he never trully needed closeness to know that something was amiss. not before, not after super hearing came to him. taking his phone tho, he gave the other’s a quick call so he could register his.

Chad was a vain man, not overtly so, but vain enough to know he had a nice body, to feel good about Gabriel’s hand brushing against his chest, puffing it on his hands gladly. “And here I was, thinking of inviting a friend or two.” He joked, lingering for a while before pulling away from Gabriel. He slid his pants down his thighs right away baring his ass to the doctor and leaving them on the floor as he locked the door. “You promised you’d be naked too.” He teased, stroking his cock as he slowly made his way back to the bed.

Gabriel’s hands took care of removing his upper clothes while Chad left, and by the time he made the remark, he simply stood up from the chair and pushed it all down to his ankles, stepping out naked towards the bed.  Laying next to his side, he delivered gentle kisses to his nipples, chest and neck before stealing a brief kiss. “I don’t share.” He teased, picking his right nipple between his fingers and giving it a light pinch delivering a small shock of static against it while smilig sensually. “My beautiful young man..., kiss me as if you loved me.”

Tiago smiled, using a notepad to write down what the doctor said, letting silence fill the room and getting even more comfortable on the chair. Finally he looked up again, smile now a smirk. “Ah, yes.” He said. “At least, on police business yes.”

“Is there anything I could help you with, doctor?” He asked, running a hand down his thigh. “After all you were very helpful today.” He didn’t have to go away just yet and he would loathe to lose the chance of spending some more time with Gabriel.

Gabriel smirked, standing up, hands fixing his jacket and shirt as he opened up the drawer of his desk, grabbing a pair of keys.”Well then, if police business is over, maybe you can accompany me over to my house, mr. Silva.” He pointed, siting on the desk while airing the keys. “Maybe share with me a couple of red wine cups and... whatever comes after...” He added, his hand brushing over the badge before moving to the collar of his neck. “If you are free that is.”

“just seems like you’re taking that too far.” raleigh muttered as his face scrunched up playfully. a soft sound escaped him a moment later before he was leaning in to the kiss, fingers curling eagerly into the other’s shirt.

lips laid tenderly against his, a soft kiss that had no intention of ending anytime soon. his thumb brushing against his throat, lightly, just for a mild reminder of gabriel’s ability to crush him.

The best thing about Peter and Nathan Petrelli is that they have this Chris and Wyatt dynamic. Where everyone thinks Nathan/Wyatt is up to the greatest potential, but it is truly Chris who really can make the difference and inspire others to grow. Not to mention, it’s easy to imagine Wyatt being the one to have a bastard child, although in his case, he would’ve been the one to keep it secret or not know about it instead of Angela/Piper. Because Piper is more focused about responsibilities than duties.
